Felix Award for Best Series (17)
« on: August 01, 2009, 04:03:53 PM »

Kevin: For the award for Best Series, it seemed most appropriate to invite the cast from the most popular series of all time to present! So here they are--

*The stage is converged upon by the casts of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and The Karate Kid

Shawn (to Daniel LaRusso, aka The Karate Kid): Really, Daniel-san?

Daniel: Over-shooting?

Gus *nods*: Overshooting.

*Daniel leaves the stage, but the rest of the casts remain*.

AJ: Well...this is awkward.

Brian: I think we should just go ahead and present it ourselves.

EVERYONE: the Felix for Best Series goes to...

Shawn:

With runner up:

KentuckyChickr k: I didn't expect to be here again! I'm honored to have been nominated at all and I'm proud to know that someone out there appreciates the time and effort, the blood, sweat and tears that I've gone through to put each of my visions into words.

Howie (as everyone leaves the stage en-mass): So...which group was supposed to be the presenter?

Nick: I actually thought it was going to be the Muppets...

Aw, thanks again everyone!  My favorite story and my favorite series -- now I can really feel proud of my work.  There were so many amazing stories I can't imagine how difficult these categories were to judge!

Hey! Daniel-san is AWESOME! Classic!

Also, I love how Julilly is narrating breaks even though she's not on stage. She needs the spotlight, too, Shawn! Share the stage - well, you kind of just did, but you get my point. =)

Congrats guys!
