cant decide on a name

I'm trying to come up with a good name for my first non slash fiction. Without giving away the story line... it's about a girl who is pregnant and does not know which brother the father is.

I've thought of a few names but none strike me as perfect... what do y'all think?

Caught in the middle
between brothers
common bond
a tie that binds
uncle daddy

nothing seems perfect.

help!
