Problems with Posting on AC

I just deleted and reposted and the same exact thing happened again. It says action successful. It's showing up on my manage stories as 23 chapters but on the site it's only 22.

I think we should clarify and say consistent posting problems? Cause some have a problem, delete and repost and it's all better LOL.
