DNS updates can take anywhere from instant (most web users) to up to 48 hours depending on the internet service provider they use. Most web ISPs are pretty quick, but I really don't know about the ISPs for phones. I'd venture that it's not nearly as fast.

He thinks they are still seeing the old page and that hopefully in a few days the new one will show up.
