:)
I took this quiz once on American accents, and it was very accurate! I just went to find it and took it again, and it was still spot on.

What American accent do you have?
Your Result: The Midland
"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio.

This one is just American accents, but I'm sure there are others for Canada and other countries. I don't have time to Google right now, but if anyone else searches and finds a good one, post it here!

--- Quote from: DelphinaCarter on July 19, 2012, 04:30:02 PM ---I have this friend in Australia that I talk to on the phone occasionally. When we first spoke I just kept listening and forgetting to talk because I love Aussie accents. She goes "why did you go quiet" and I said "I love your voice. Just keep going" LOL she thought it was funny.

I love Australian and British/Irish accents! I'm sure I could listen to UK Steph talk all day! I find American accents more grating, especially the big city accents.
FrickingKaos:
Yeah I love British accents too! and Boston accents. I have a friend from there also. When we met at Nick's show in NYC I was fascinated by her Boston accent.
mare:
I just took the quiz & it was pretty accurate. It said the Inland North. lol
Sakabelle:
