Okay lets try this question:

When writing a chapter, do you pay attention to your word count or how many pages you have? Do you have a limit per chapter? Like after 6 pages you stop?

Is that a better question? lol

I single space my stories when I write b/c I'm so used to it being single spaced at work. When I was in college, I wrote in double space because that's how I was used to writing with term papers.

Mine are usually anywhere from 5 to 8 pages single spaced, either in Times New Roman 11 pt or Courier 12 pt.

Now I'm curious about the most random thing ever. What font do you guys write in? LOL. I like Arial 11pt.

LOL That is a good question.  These days I write most things in Georgia 11 or 12 pt, single spaced.

I write mostly in Tahoma 11pt or Verdana 11pt ... typically 1.5 spacing. :)

I used to write in Arial and again, the whole college thing led me to be more comfortable with TNR or Courier lol

I sort of pay attention to word count, but I generally just tend to go with what I need to include to make the chapter feel complete and move the story along. My chapters tend to come in around 1,500 - 2,500 words, and the ones that are the "climactic" chapters tend to be closer to 3,000. I'm not super wordy, but I like to think that works for me.

This is what I do. Sometimes they'll come out way longer, depending on content.

I have another question too:

When/if you got published did you/would you remove the fan fiction version of the story from the website or leave it published in its original state?

I would, if you're getting published, it's essentially the same fic. You should pull it. Because you can't expect people to pay for the book if the other one is up for free. It just comes off kinda douchey LOL.

If it's different enough, I might if the publisher wasn't telling me I had to pull it cause of copyright, which, I think they probably would.

Is it me, or has everyone gotten awesome new icons lately? I love yours to death Hannah LOL.

I usually use Calibri, 11 pt. Unless it's a collab, for Undead, it's Georgia, and for 00Carter it's Century Gothic.

You can upload it right onto AC if it doesn't glitch out on you.
