Here's a question in relation to Lore's. Have you ever been surprised by some of the reactions you have gotten on a chapter? Like something you werent expecting? And did it effect your motivation for continuing with the story?

Yes! When Julie and I posted the chapter in Undead where it was zombies, because up till that point we kept it hidden. Hell the title was even different so people wouldn't know LOL. We figured a lot might stop reading at that point. We were shocked when people loved it. Or with RMTW where people loved that I went for a different form of angst with Alzheimer's lol. I was shocked for both, but in a good way cause I got the reactions I hoped for, but didn't expect.

When starting a brand new story, what do you find you have the most trouble with? Your first chapter, the summary, the title, the banner or anything else?

The title lol. I hate titles. I refuse to post a story before I have one, but titles drive me insane. I have the hardest time coming up with them. Typically the end up from a lyric or a phrase or something.

The beginning. I usually have no clue where to actually start a story or where the best place to jump into my characters lives. I have tons of chapters sitting in my folder that aren't necessarily beginnings, but random chapters of stories that I don't know how to start! There's one story I have eight chapters of, but I'm blocked on how to actually start it, lol.  And now it's kind of dead in the water anyways because I started a collab with a friend that's really similar.

The beginning is usually the hardest for me.  Sometimes titles are hard, and sometimes they come easily, but I never start writing without a title.  Summaries usually aren't a struggle for me to write, and I enjoy making banners - those are the fun parts!

I do find I spend a lot of time on summaries. I'll usually write a few different ones and play around with the wording until I go with the one I like, but I wouldn't say it's overly difficult. Just sort of time consuming.

Usually the title and the summary are the hardest for me, though my new story I started and not sure I like the beginning so I am attempting to start again.  This beginning is being a pain, normally I LOVE writing beginnings. Ask my 00Carter girls, I like to take beginning parts. *whistles*

What would you do for a Klondike Bar?

Sorry, it's 2:15 am & I can't fall asleep lol

I have nothing fanfic wise to ask. I feel like we've covered everything lol

I sometimes don't know what to call my stories, so they end up with a song title or something like that.

I just had to google Klondike Bar, looks tasty!

I'm so not into those Klondike bars. I saw when I was in the states though that they had ice cream sandwiches that were basically two chocolate chip cookies with ice cream in the middle. Nom.

Yeah I dunno. I have nothing interesting to add about fanfic lol

I would love them do much more if they were on a stick. They are so hard to eat just randomly square and sloppy!

No I hate those ice cream bars on a stick! You always end up with that really awkward end part that's impossible to eat and it either falls off or you have to bite it all at once. Even those bars on a stick I'd eat on a plate with a spoon when I was a kid, LOL. Ice cream is challenging for me.
