LOL I agree with this!
Is there anyone who really loves the first fanfic they ever wrote?

--- Quote from: Sakabelle on August 11, 2012, 01:46:14 PM ---I don't know that there are very many novel length stories I've gone back and read from beginning to end. I usually pick out specific chapters that I like and go back and re-read those.

Steph, I think you should go back and read Climbing Up That Hill when you're finished with it!
mare:
Ugh Julie never compare yourself To Stephanie Meyer's flowery writing! I will take Broken over Twilight any day! That actually made me cringe when you said that LOL!
We should do a reading challenge your first and your latest. Where everyone has to read their first novel and then the last one they wrote to see how much they have grown!

Well, this made me cringe when I read it: The previous day’s nightmare had already seeped across midnight’s boundary, assaulting the new day, purging the morning of its innocence. Does that not sound like something from Twilight? Well, it's not; it's from Chapter 101 of Broken LOL.
That's a great idea for a challenge! It must include a survey!

I do reread my own stories a lot. But if it is one of mine that's like 55 chapters I won't read it all, just pieces of it. The shorter ones I can read easily.
Incomplete was my first story, full of fanfic cliches but it was an interesting concept. My writing has drastically improved since then :)
