Typically men do not give birth to babies. I would imagine you're just going to have to use a little creative liscence since men are lacking in the womb and vagina department.

It might take some research but there was a woman who had a sex change and kept her uterus and was able to concieve through invitro. I imagine he hsd a c section cause she had the full operation and everything. I dont remember if it was here in the states or another county but you might be able to do a google search ln it
