I have been doing it all week. Plus I work til seven tomorrow morning and then work at four again. But good news is I have a day off Monday. I don't know how I keep up with that plus here and Twitter lol.

LOL I do it every August.  I either have to start forcing myself to go to bed an hour earlier every night until I'm back to a normal schedule, or I just don't go to bed one night and stay up all day until I crash at night.

Well I've been up for about 4 1/2 hours now. I am on the every four hours I need to nap for one, schedule, like my cat. LOL

Most of the time I sleep four hours a day. But then when my body realizes I don't have work, then I will sleep for ten hours. The no sleeping thing was perfect for the cruise. I got by on three hours a night. I have insomia so even when I am home from work I don't go to bed until four or five am.

I don't know what my deal is.  It's not insomnia, per se, because when I do go to bed, I sleep fine.  I just don't like to go to bed at night.  Even during the school year, I usually get a second wind around 9 or 10 p.m. and have to force myself to go to bed.  I really think I am nocturnal. LOL

I don't know how you make it on 4 hours a night, though, Tracy!  I average about 6 hours a night during the school year, and I am always tired... just not at the ideal times.

Working nights made things worse but even when I was in school I couldn't sleep at night either. So I got the night job eventually cause I wanted to keep myself busy, if I am up might as well be productive.

I get normally 5 hours a night. I go to bed at around 10:30 or 11:00 and wake up at 4.

It hits me at around noon big time which is fine during the summer. Not so much during the school year. lol
