Doubt it, because aren't we, as authors, the only ones who are allowed to see it?

And the only way you can make the read count of a story lower is to not click on it. Which you would only be doing if you weren't going to read it in the first place.

I meant because you'll see that you have 20 people reading then notice you have one review lol
