So maybe its .5 female and .5 some other unspecified species? LOl Just making sure we cover all possibilities

I think we really need to consider the possibility that it's some sort of mixed species person, and they were forced to say they were only half female because the other part of their genetic makeup wasn't available as a selection... like say a centaur or something.

LMFAO Julilly!!  *dying*  (For some reason, that was REALLY funny to me right this moment.)

Maybe it's a Flukewoman... half woman, half fluke worm.  Flukeworms are hermaphroditic, so they're not exactly one gender or the other.
