Okay guys, the site is up and running but there are still a few glitches that are happening.
Seems like stories are posting but there is an odd error message that is happening that looks something like this.
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to mail.accidenta lchaos.net:25 (Connection refused) in /home/ac/public_html/includes/smtp_include.php on line 106
We already know about that one, but if something else is going on, let us know in here.
Good news is, seems like the most recent page is working again as well. :)
Emails haven't been going out about favorites being updates or when you get a new review but I did just get an email about a review a second ago so we are making progress.

Seems like it's better already! I just went back and added an author's note to my CC chapter, and when I posted it again, it posted right away without any weird error messages, it's still on the Recent Updates page, and now I'm getting email notifications for reviews. Whoo hoo! Thanks, Chaos, for all your hard work!

Chaos said it was an email glitch so both of those things should be fixed now :)
Including getting review and update emails.

Apparently people are having trouble accessing the site on their phones. Lisa (@LiseySolisey) and Tracy (@DelphinaCarter) are both tweeting that it still shows the maintenance message for them, and they're both smartphone users.

Thats weird cuz I'm on my phone and I see it just fine. (mines not a smart phone though so that might be why)

Tracy's on a Blackberry, and Lisa has an iPhone, if that helps at all. My phone is not that high-tech either. I'll try and see if I can get on.

From Chaos...
DNS updates can take anywhere from instant (most web users) to up to 48 hours depending on the internet service provider they use. Most web ISPs are pretty quick, but I really don't know about the ISPs for phones. I'd venture that it's not nearly as fast.
He thinks they are still seeing the old page and that hopefully in a few days the new one will show up.

I can get on the site using my phone and I have a Blackberry Curve.

It probably has less to do with the phone and more with the provider.

I tried accessing it through my android phone, I have T-mobile. This morning I was able to see it but now it gives me the message about the site moving servers... IDK?

I would say just keep checking it. I bet it'll start working soon.

I think, like Chaos said, it's just going to take longer for some phones to register the changes. Lisa on Twitter has an iPhone, and it wasn't working for her, but now it does. It just took longer to work. Hopefully the other phones will catch up soon!

Any idea why people on computers would still be having issues getting the site to work? @Lynzer on Twitter says it's still showing up with the maintenance message on her computer, and she's tried refreshing and clearing her cookies. She says her phone works, but her computer doesn't. Go figure LOL. Could it just be the same issue, that it just needs time to catch up?

If anyone is still getting the maintenance message, it's just a matter of their ISP not updating the new DNS information... it can take anywhere from instant (most) to 48 hours (one source indicated that in rare cases maybe even 72 hours, but...most are within 24 hours).
