A drama tells a story, usually of human conflict, through dialogue and action.
Though the genre is very simply defined, the nominated authors were able to create a different world of romance, and heartache, anger and pain. Many of the nominated stories deal with illness, death, addiction, love and friendship but no two are alike.

Congrats Hannah! I haven't read a lot of you, but I've enjoyed the things I've read of you so far! I will put Something Beautiful on my to-read list. :)
Also, congrats Jen on being runner up! I love Love Story. Shelby is still one of my fav characters. :)
