This time i'm going waaaaaaaaaay out of my comfort zone for this one. I mean waaaay out lol

The challenge this month is to write a short romace based on this picture. The catch is you cannot let the female be Leighanne. She has to be someone else. I have noticed that in passing everyone has mentioned how tough it is to write a Brian fic without including Leighanne and Baylee and creating a fictional wife, girlfriend etc.. so that's why it's my challenge for you.
We all know that's a picture of him and Leigh on their wedding but this story cannot be about Brian and Leighanne's wedding.
So there ya go, have fun and enjoy!
I hope to see some new people participating in this one! I have loved reading what everyone comes up with but it's always the same people. Let's get some new blood doing this one. Come on romance people, show us your stuff!

Cause, well.. to me you are one of the queens of BSB-fanfic *blushes*
And another question.. can the story be told out of Leighanne's perspective? (As long as she is not the one in Brian's arms?)

LOL no, old blood is welcome too! It's just that it's always the same few of us that always participate because the subject doesn't appeal to everyone else so I made sure to purposely pick a genre and picture that people cannot use that as an excuse.
As far as reading them, this month's going to be tough to be completely honest because if I wasn't making this as a challenge I could tell you I would most likely not read a single one of these especially when I saw the picture lmao but I shall try to read them as long as they are not epically long. And thank you for that compliment. That was a very nice thing to say. I don't consider myself a queen of fanfic at all lol but that deserves a squishy hug lol
And yes you can even make Leighanne the person he's hugging just as long as she's not the one he's dating or marrying. She can be a character though.

I'm done. It isn't a really romantic kinda story.. I basically left out all the romance stuff lol.. I'm sorry *blushes* I might write another story for this picture though!

I don't do love stories so I don't know how this will be but here is mine.
Out Of Your Shoes
You borrowed my favorite dress
I borrowed your best perfume
"Can I borrow this?"
"My favorite dress?"
"Only if I can borrow your perfume?"
Leighanna watched as her best friend Emily slipped on the dress.
"This is going to be the best party ever!"
"You got that right."
"I still can't believe we get to meet the backstreet boys."
Leighanna grabs Emily favorite perfume and dabs some on.
They quickly got ready and went to the high school.It was the night of the charty ball dance.
Emily smiled to herself,She had a secret.A very big secret.
We're looking good I guess
We've turned every head in the room
When they walked in,All eyes are on them.
"We must look better then I thought."
Emily laughed at her best friend.
Leigh was wearing a green dress with pearl earrings and necklace.Emily had on a white dress with gold to match.
But the best thing I've ever seen
Is looking at you
And girl I'd give anything
To be in your shoes
Leigh stopped dead in her tracks and stared when Emily went up and hugged Brian.
"Guys,We have an annocment to make!"
Brian smiled holding Emily's hand.
Leigh's eyes got wide.Emily KNOWS Brian and she didn't tell her best friend?
"We're getting married!"
He'll buy you some fine champagne
And say things I'd love to hear
"A toast!"
Brian poured champagne for everbody in the room and gave a speech but Leigh was still in shock and didn't hear a word.
How could this be happening?Here she was watching HER best friend take a backstreet boy's hand in marrage?
Sure she was happy for Emily but WHY couldn't it have been her?..Why wasn't SHE the one up there with Brian?

I know there have been a lot of "what if" ideas thrown in, but here's another and I hope it doesn't stretch the rules too much.
What if it were Leighanne's wedding, it's after the "wedding dance" and she asked Brian for a dance? The idea is actually based on an old story of mine. I don't want to say much more than that for fear that either it might be refused or *gasp* someone steals the idea. LOL

Nope, they're not the ones getting married. I do have one question though. I attended my cousin's wedding a couple of weeks ago, but was unable to attend the reception, so I don't know: Does the best man's toast come before or after the wedding song dance with bride and groom?

I think it comes after the bride and groom dance for the first time and right before everyone eats but then again I guess it depends on how traditional the wedding it. I don't think it matters.

I've never really paid attention. In fact, I can't even remember if they had a toast at the last wedding I was at. Maybe it was during dinner? Who knows. *shrugs*

YESH! i can finally do the *backstreet dance* lol... i finally done with this June Challenge, yeah, i know its not compulsory but i keep having sleepless nights since i started on it three weeks ago and tonight, i shall dine in good sleep, lol...
To all Brian's fans, i honestly have nothing against Brian and/or his family so this fic is based purely on my own imagination and hope everyone like it!

haha, so the new July picture challenge reminded me that I never submitted one for June. SO, since I didn't have time to write a new one and the first chapter of a story I've been working on fits perfectly, I thought I would post it... Enjoy and be looking forward to my crazy si-fi adventure!!! hahahahahaha wish me luck!
