Okay, Kelly, I'm REALLY glad you didn't actually go to the site before sending that email... hahaha.  You should go see the site. ;)

I'm glad I fooled ya, but I was like "Really???" when I read your email.  LOL

I was hoping that email wasn't that Kelly lol I was like nah, gotta be just some girl named Kelly...

ha ha. yeah, well I have no doubt in my mind about your publishing abilities so I didn't even think twice about it. Plus I had a busy morning and it never occurred to me that today was April fools day. I just checked my e-mail in the morning quickly and that was it.

I'll definitely have to look and see what you did to the site.  after dinner...

You weren't the only one, no worries. ;)

Like I said, it's better that you DIDN'T see the site and were fooled, than if you did... and still thought it was for real...   Hopefully you'll see what I mean when you check. :)

And thanks for the compliment... I guess it's flattering to think that people would think it was possible!  LOL :D

You seriously were NOT the only one... in fact, another one just came through the group that believed it too.  I posted with a "P.S.  Click the link" to clear it up hopefully, but I don't think that one has sent yet.  Remind me to send another email explaining it tomorrow; I'm too lazy right now LOL.

Hm... so maybe next time I shouldn't count on people being interested enough to actually click the link?  Hahahaha... maybe that's where I went wrong!

LOL believe me, people don't click links. I know this from when my book was published for real.

wow that was a lot of time and effort for that joke!!! I thought it was great though, love the review.. LOL

A children's book, if I didn't know it was a joke already going in, THAT alone would have sold me.

Oh wow! That is probably the most elaborate April Fool's joke I have ever seen. I loved it! Great job, Julie!

I am now laughing so hard, I have tears falling! Great joke.  ;D

Thanks! ;D  LOL  I always do some kind of April Fool's thing on my site... sometimes elaborate and sometimes just thrown together at the last minute when I can't think of anything else LOL.

Oh my goodness that was funny!  Turning "Broken" into a children's book, that's not something I would have imagined, but the idea would certainly work to help kids understand.

Well done!!
