The October challenge

It's simple really. This month's challenge is called, "WTF? Is that it?"

Your story has to be suspense or horror.

~ It cannot exceed 3,000 words.

~ You must end it with a cliffhanger. You can imply something but you can't just flat out let us know what happens. Hence the WTF? title lol

~ It must be told in first person.

~ There has to be some kind of supernatural presence within the story.

~ You have to include Kevin but you cannot kill him or make him the bad guy.

~ Even if you aren't doing a BSB story, Kevin has to be included.

~ You are not allowed to make a banner for this story.

~ You have to include one of your biggest fears inside the story somewhere.

~ If you post "Wow this sounds like a great challenge i'm definately going to do it!" then you BETTER DO IT!


That's about it. Have fun all one of you that is probably going to do it.  ::) Yes, I have that much faith. lol

Love the challenge though. I have to think about it... I'm not so good at cliffies. I have this horrible "happily ever after/fairylate ending" problem...

haha like the big WTF  that is the end of Ground Zero? Can I just say that that pissed me off for like weeks?

ghosts, magical stuff, psychic power, demons, angels...   weird stuff like that...

no question is dumb... if you don't know, you don't know. Now you know. And I happen to LOVE this stuff so get creative and write up an awesome challenge!  (because it is your duty in life to write a story that I want to read.  ;))

if it's not specifically mentioned as a rule, you can do whatever you want.
