I have a question for the readers.

If you were me, and have decided to make Nick one of the special kids, what kind of power would you give him if you decided not to give him the one that I gave (visions of the past). Eg. Andy can control minds, Ava can control demons, Jake has superhuman strength and the list goes on.

Andy's powers!!!! Awww I just remembered Andy, poor guy :(

I read your question and the first thing that popped into my head was Andy telling that story about giving that guy the gay porn visions LOL Can you imagine the things that Nick could do to annoy they guys with a power like that ROTFL

;D LMFAO!!!! As soon as I read this, I thought Nick would annoy AJ the most with 'Gay Thoughts' lol especially during concerts or maybe if he has a lady friend staying with him and Nick's in the next room.

Also i reckon he'd annoy Kevin alot if he was still with the group, can totally see it after getting a lecture to Nick, Nick in turn would fill his head up with these 'Gay thoughts' prolly to make it interesting it'd be about Brian and Kevin would be yelling out "But he's my cousin, I've known him all my life" lol sorry had to share my demented thoughts

Welll since we are heading towards the home stretch for this month I thought it would be nice if everyone who read this story said one of their favorite chapter of it before we go.

For me, my favorite chapter was chapter 10, Nick's Logic. I just loved the brotherly interaction between Nick and Brian in that one. I miss reading the two of them being close. That particular chapter made me all warm and fuzzy inside. :)

I'm choosing the one after Nick's Logic (M&Ms) and the brotherly interaction has a lot to do with why I'm picking it too :) I love all the subtle comparisons between Nick&Brian and Sam&Dean. Nick himself summarises it perfectly at the end saying "What was it about short, big brothers that really get on the nerves of taller, little brothers?" LOL And I was awwwing at Brian saying that he would follow Nick if he decided to start hunting (and how that would be a problem with his wife but would make his son consider him a way cooler dad lol).

Then there's the whole M&M thing (have to love those ;D) and this is the chapter where they are starting to act like a team of 'hunters' (well hunters in training lol) with Howie organizing things and AJ volunteering to learn Latin (ROTFL) and then AJ being all AJ about the car hehe

Oh and you know how much I LOVE chapter 15 too mersey (since I practically forced you to post it hehe) which is a perfect and hilarious portrait of the Winchesters but like the title says it, that one was kind of an 'intermission' in the story, that's why I'm choosing chapter 11 as my favorite chapter.

lmao Mersey you are too cute with your questions *squeezes you*

I think I would like to give Nick the power to read minds. I can see him using that for hours of fun. lol

hehehe...yes it'd be funny for Nick to say whatever is in the boys' mind before they say it. Endless fun! and he'd probably wont go wrong on his dates cause he can tell what the girl is thinking...whi ch could also totally help him out if they turn out to be a female dog :D

it could also go against him if he read negative thoughts about himself, esp if it came from one of the guys...*sigh* im sad just thinking about that, lol.

awww that was a fun chapter to write! I felt like I've put Nick through the wringer for the last 9 eppy and it's time for him to get a concrete assurance from the guys but we all know because of the whole Frick & Frack, it'd mean a lot more if it came from Brian. hehe..i love it when he scoot over and call him to share the bed, makes me think of wee Nick and Brian :D

Im glad you liked the part where all of them came together and kind of brainstorm about the whole thing because that part was a chore and bore to write. I almost cancel it out cause it kind of look cheesy to me :p but i had a blast writing Dean and Brian going at it because it's kind of adorable that they were being selfish because of Nick and Sam.

LOL i love the intermission cause i get to make fun of the boys and totally blame it on Dean.

okay mare, i could hear my name being called from afar and then i realised that i've missed this thread and yesh, i've smacked myself on my head, lol...

now back to this featured story of the month and i have this to say :

1. i've read four chappies so far and like what most of you have mentioned earlier on in your post, you don't have to be an SN fan to know the background of the hunters, enough with mers's way of detailed and heart-gripping information on them

2. as always i love mers's writing and my sweet and talented sista - CONGRATULATIONS for being picked as Story of the Month

3. wheeeee... off to read the rest of the chappies and i'll be sure to come back to your story dude with a review *muacks*

Loves,
Me
