Actually you're kind of not... looking for co-writers is not really the same as calling people out for not writing their parts.

If you need to address another writer for not participating in putting your chapter together it can be done privately.

She kinda called herself out LOL.  No one's attacking her; we're all friends.  And despite the title, the 24 pages of this thread have not been dedicated to looking for co-writers, so I'm not sure why it's an issue now.
