1. Was Brielle in the right to be so upset with Alex for leaving her at Nick's? Should she forgive and forget because he didn't remember that she was there? Yes and no because in a way she should be because well she went to get him from where he was but yet he was super drunk and well he didn't remember anything. I think she should forgive him and try to talk to him. Let him explain.
2. Do you agree with what Brielle said to Alex during their argument in his bedroom? Should she have been more forgiving under the circumstances? I think she needed to that cause she was mad at him but I think that she should have waited and confronted him when he was sober yet Alex is stubborn. Forgiving? I think she should be a little tough on him but maybe she did go a little overboard.... but then again she is pregnant hormones.
3. Move out or stay there? Do the two need some space or should they continue to live together? Move out because I think that way she will have a little more time to herself for her to decipher what she really feels for Alex and it will also help Alex face his fear and tell her he what he feels for her.
And just for fun: what can Alex do to gain her trust back? Besides apologizing he can show he really wants to change by asking her to go with him as he goes to see his sponsor and maybe ask her to be there with him every step of the way. Maybe give her some flowers... flowers a most girls weakness.
I do like what I've read though... I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Love it.

You make a good point with question one. She should talk to him and let him explain, but I think she's tired of all his excuses and apologies. Maybe after some time apart she'll be able to do that.
Damn those pregnancy hormones lol. They make you do all kinds of things.
You're spot on with question three. If she does move out then it will force the both of them to face how they feel about each other. I think she just needs a break from it all and in turn, she'll be able to think more clearly.
Flowers are a nice thought. :) And I like what you suggested with involving Brielle in his sponsor process and the steps he needs to take to gain his sobriety back.

Oh geez, homework?!!? Haha just kidding! Great chapter, I was kind of nice to see Brie be the one screaming and yelling, Yes she had a right to be pissed about Alex leaving her, and maybe she shouldn't forgive and forget, but at least forgive to some point because he didn't do it on purpose. I think what Brie said to Alex during their fight was in the heat of a fight, yes she had every right to say what she said and if it were me I'd probably be more harsh. I am way torn about whether she said stay or go... I mean I see a reason for both sides of it. As for getting Brie back he'll have to be creative... If it were me, not sure what he'd be able to do to get me back (well other than just sing to me... naked! haha just kidding)

LOL sing to you naked .. I think that'd work on me too. I don't know if Brie would go for it, but he could always try. And Alex will definitely have to be creative in how he can win her back. wow... really great chapter!!! not what happened, of course, but i love, how you write!!! before i answer your questions, i have to say, i'm glad that brielle told denise everything... because the only person, which he will hear on, is his mother... she was there for him the last time and will it be again...
it was really bad, how alex treated brielle but i know, he was drunk and didn't mean what he said... but now, as he has been crying... i really had sympathy for him :) his feelings have built up for far too long (pls tell me, if this is correct... i'm not sure... thx)
okay.... now to your questions...
1. i don't think it was the fact he had left her there alone, it was the whole thing... started when he called her in the middle of the night, so she helps him... that he has lied to her... that she didn't sleep well... i mean, she is pregnant and it's SHE, who needs someone who cares of he, and not the other way... i think, she is hurt and afraid...
2. she was right... and he has to open his eyes... i'm sure this conversation was overwhelmed by emotions and maybe there were many things, both would not normally say... but it was good, that she said how she feels and how she sees things... this was (is) not the man she loves... and that makes her afraid...
3. i don't want her to leave... GOD, everything could be sooooo easy ;) he loves her and she loves him... but yes, i know it would be boring, without a drama... so i agree with gabby... maybe brielle could stay at denise's house.... very nice idea ^^
and last... alex should try, to speak to brielle again...he should tell her that he loves her and that he does not want to lose her and that he wants to seriously begin, to work on his problems ... and then he should prove it her... :D

Well thank you so much. :) Denise definitely has some influence over her son, so yes, it was good that Brielle finally told her the truth. You're right about his feelings been built up for too long. Sometimes they just need a way to come out and that was one of them. He's been dealing with too much and trying to hold it all in. His mom will surely be there for him even if she wants to smack him for his behavior lol.
Brielle is definitely hurt and afraid. You're right, it wasn't that he left her there, that was just the straw that broke the camel's back lol. And she was trying to get him to open his eyes in their fight in the bedroom. I think it worked a little, but this is Alex and he is stubborn lol. What good is a fic without drama? LOL, I don't think either really wants her to leave, but Brielle knows she should go. I think a little time apart might be good for the both of them. The Denise idea would be great if she lived closer, but the commute to her job every day might be a little hard.
Ooh, you think Alex should tell her how he feels? I don't know if he has that much courage yet. But I agree that he needs to begin to work on his problems and prove to her that he is.

Yes, I think she was because AJ shouldn't have gotten that drunk to begin with and he should've been more responsible with her. I'm not so sure about "forgive and forget". lol Wherever you want to take that is fine with me. 2. Do you agree with what Brielle said to Alex during their argument in his bedroom? Should she have been more forgiving under the circumstances? I do agree with Brielle, she shouldn't have to put up with AJ's irresponsibility, lies, and deceit. I would be pissed too if I were her. lol
3. Move out or stay there? Do the two need some space or should they continue to live together? Maybe Brielle could move out into a hotel or something, a temporary place. But she does need some money for that though. I think they need some space so they can each figure out what to do with everything that's been going on.
And just for fun: what can Alex do to gain her trust back? I think that he needs to look inside himself and realize that he needs help again with his drinking. Maybe he needs to truly resolve things with Renee, like REALLY talk to her. But I also think that Brielle needs to realize that AJ is only human and that he will continue to make mistakes. Hopefully she can be there for him, he needs peope around him that he can trust. :)

I think you're the first person to point out that that AJ should have been more responsible with Brielle. You're 100% right with that. He normally is, but when he drinks all those responsibilities slip away and look what it leads to. I think she's tired of putting up with all the excuses and apologies and she needs to do something about it before it gets to the point where it's too late to.
Consensus says the two need some space. I think the space will be good for the same reasons you pointed out.
I love what you said about Brielle realizing AJ is only human and he'll make mistakes. I will be filing that way for later use, if you don't mind. :) Alex definitely needs people he can trust around him at the moment and she is one of them.

OMG. This chapter was the turn of the things moment. The true is all there. The light entered.
Brie is a young lady with so many things to say. she already had lived too much.
I love this story and I love to say things. (You must know that by now, ;) )
Okay:

Gabs: She is young, she is pregnant, she is in love with him. All this together being alone in a different State doesn't help. She is right to be pissed, but in my mind, she is more afraid than anything. He wasn't aware, both are right. THAT is the trick thing about life. Misunderstood all the way here.

Gabs: She was right. No human would be THAT forging into the fire moment. Afraid, in love, pregnant... Alex wasn't there, that man she haven't meet yet, that was too much to understand. Brie did what she could, but one day she would lose it. She can be more forgiving when she have the meet with the REAL Alex, when she feel SAFE again with him. At this moment, she is hurt.
3. Move out or stay there? Do the two need some space or should they continue to live together?
Gabs: You know, for the sake of the drama, I think she move out would be interesting; since he would FACE and FEEL the pain of lose her presence. He would SEE that he NEEDS other ppl, he needs her. So, he would go for help, working about his issues and, of course, he would fight for her. BUT, that just when she haves the money. OR she would stay at Denise's house.. mmmm.. IDEA!!!! Brie is already into Denise's heart, staying at her place, Alex would have to work between her and his mom's love. He couldn't mess with those two.
And just for fun: what can Alex do to gain her trust back?
Gabs: WORK INTO YOUR ISSUES! First he needs to know the REAL Alexander, then he would be able to reach her heart. HE needs to realize that his actions result into things that hurt others, not only him. His actions brings consequences to him and the ones he loves too.

I think your response to question one is exactly right. She's young and pregnant and in love and she's definitely afraid.
Again, you're right with question two. She's only human and no one would be that forgiving that soon. She needed to let her feelings out and maybe they need to be upset with each other. That's how relationships go.
Most people seem to think she should move out. Alex would hate it, lol, that much I can say. And he would definitely be feeling and facing the pain of losing her. I touch on that a little bit in the next chp. And you're right, it would make him fight for her. Cuz once she's away, who knows what might happen.

oh alex... this time it was really bad and that brielle has seen him so, makes everything much worse... i know he feels guilty and maybe sad to, but i can't believe, he did it again... and WHY did he call brielle this time and not nick, like the other time??? i'm glad that she instinctively asked nick for help... and now she knows more about alex' past... will she change her opinion now, about him??? i hope not... he really needs her and i'm sure, if somebody could help him, to open his eyes for his problem, then it's brielle... she is the best, that could happen to him...
but i wonder, what renee has in mind... perhaps she thinks, that alex from compassion or because of his guilty feelings, comes back to her??? but he will not do... please tell me he won't.... because i'm so sure, she was never pregnant ^^ and she has planned step for step to make alex unhappy... or... my inmagination takes me by and this poor girl has really lost her baby and feels wretched now..... nooooo never... i don't trust her... basta ;)

Alex feels like Brielle calms him and she makes things better for him. So when he was in need, he thought she would help him and she could make it all better. As for Brielle changing her opinion ... you need to read the next chapter lol. I don't want to give anything away. You are getting warm in your thoughts on Renee. I have to be careful with how I response because the wrong thing might give it away. But you do a really good job in analyzing how the chps are going. Ah...finally! I wonder how AJ will react the next morning to Brielle knowing? It will make for a good chapter I'm sure. ;) I hope that Brielle won't get too stressed out over AJ and his drinking, she's gotta take care of herself first. I'm sure that AJ will be stubborn and deny that he has a problem, but he might realize that there's no point in lying when Nick and Brielle know the truth. there are so many things happened since my last review!!!
first of all, i like her ex-boyfriend! itīs so nice, that he told her the truth... a true friend... they are between us...unbelieveable!
800.000 dollars!!! unbelievable!!! thatīs incredible!!! but alex is afraid that she leaves now, because she could stand on her own.
but damn... i know itīs true, that he just left renée...but they really like each other, why canīt they just give it a try?
the christmas presents were very beautiful and her words much more... brielle is such a sweet person!
i really donīt like renée but i never ever wish anybody to lose her baby...
but i still donīt trust her... is it a fake? does she play the broken girl, whoīs left outside alone? she couldnīt "compare" to brielle as a pregnant woman too...maybe she could "win the challenge" when she needs alex MORE than brielle does it...when you know what i mean!!! ;o) i knew, the choice of my words are maybe not the best, but i donīt know, how to explain it in any other way...

Aww yes, I was wondering where you'd gone. And Eric just couldn't let her parents do that to her; he had to come forward. He's a good guy, so no worries about trouble being caused. :) We'll have to see if a relationship between Alex and Brielle happens, right now there's just too much going on for it, or so Brie thinks. god, i loved the beginning... the gift, which had denise and alex for brielle, was really great... they have really made thoughts, what they give her...
brielles gift for alex was really something special :D... i hope he will use it... but now... OMG... sorry but i think, there never was a baby... and renee is lying... in my eyes she is a bitch and she only told, she has lost it, because she wants alex feels guilty!!! but what she expects now???
and now... please tell me, that alex won't go in a bar to get drunk again... nothing can change the things... and drinking is one of the worst decisions...
i hope he will deal with it, in any other way, this time... i would suggest, that he makes a new tattoo... will help him to forget for a while and is much healthier ;)
