Ok, let me explain my absence... hehe in commenting. I have had a very hectic week! But I have caught up and I have to say wow. Her parents must have seen her in with AJ on the tabloids so they want money! And Awe Alex likes her and those kisses... LOL... I can't wait to see where you take this! Oh and a request I need an update for once in a blue moon! Lol please? :)

I love the first half. It was so beautifully written with the tree hunt and decorating. :)
Not happy about the ending :( Please tell me renee is lying and is faking the pregnancy! As for the gift idea... something that will tell Alex she is the woman he should be with.

another update!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it was sooo amazing again...
oh i loved it when alex and brie cut down "their" christmas tree...they had really very different ideas about it but it was sooo cute as brielle "explained" alex, how you do it right... :D they are a really good team...
when they had breakfast, i thought that they are like a family together... the three were so relaxed and and it seemed, that they knew each other more, than they actually do... and i like the fact, that denise likes brielle so much more than renee;)
renees dad... wow...i can't believe, he did that!!! threaten to alex... his son in law... thats really primitive... i know he is a father but NOTHING will excuse this... something good had this all... alex knows now, that he coulnd't marry renee...
i guess, deep inside he knows that already long...but the whole situation is so tricky ... I can not blame him that he does not know what to do... instead of drinking... he should have take brielle in his arms, and forget everything for a short time...maybe this would make everything more complicated, but it would always be better, than get drunk again ;)
i'm not good in making gifts and i think i won't be a help... but in my eyes, brielle has given him something already...her heart ;)
please update soon again... can't wait for more... LOVE IT MEL=)

Glad you enjoyed it. :) And things definitely seem so easy and relaxed when it's AJ, Brielle and Denise ...and then Renee comes into the picture and it's drama, drama, drama. I like how you called Renee's father's actions primitive; I saw it that way too. And yes, Alex is in a very tricky situation and he doesn't know how to get out. Maybe Brielle will be able to help him with that. LOL, I love your answer to everything; some hot sex. Great during but yes, definitely cause complications but you're right...it beats drinking. And that's so sweet...Brielle giving him her heart. You're right though. :) Thanks so much! Can't wait to see your reaction to the next chp.

Good chapter, I kind of like that fact that they had a bit of a fight. As for Renee's dad, come on, what a douche!!! Can't wait for the next update! (PS I think you need to update some of the other stories too! :) )

I think the idea of AJ and Brielle cutting down their own Christmas tree was great! And Brielle's memories of her past Christmases and how she loved seeing AJ's house all decorated. :) I can't believe Renee's dad showed up to say that! It's just one more stress that no one in this situation needs... Of course AJ went and got drunk, I was expecting that eventually. Now AJ's really in a mess with pissing Brielle off.
Now I'm curious as to what your original direction was for this chapter...oh well, I really liked it anyway. :) As for a gift from Brielle for AJ...a dog is the only thing I can think of. lol As always, thanks for the update and I can't wait to read more! :D
Author's Response: Thank you :) I was hoping it wasn't too silly or corny. Renee's dad likes to be in control which is where his daughter got it from. lol. Let's hope he and Brielle can make up and AJ doesn't go off drinking again ...not good. And my original direction for the chp didn't have the argument in it ...that just kind of came out as I was writing. I was half worried it would mess things up for future chps but it doesn't seem to have and everyone thought it fit with what was going on. So thanks so much for letting me know what you thought. As for the gift; I always forget to put his dogs in the fic lol so maybe I should start and add one in. Thanks again! :)

How it ended?? Perfect! Alex needs to see that Brie haves a mind, and that she is a human. She likes his mom, and his mom likes her... they are already a couple... a different type.. but stills... he needs to feel and understand that he already can't live without her... and FACE IT!

Man... the tree thing was beautiful and I could see at all! But Re's father... man... of course a father would do that... but it's hard. Man... poor Alex... he must face the true, and facing the reality to lose Brie..... c'mon! STOP THE DRINKING! I think she could gift him with a Diary, she could say that the past it's written... now it was all up to him to write his future..... just a thought....

And the way they are with each other is definitely give and take for both of them; they help one another and that helps themselves. Keep reading because the reason for Brielle's parents showing up is coming ... I promise. And Alex has issues he needs to be able to work through before he can admit how he feels about certain things, so let's hope he can do that.
