Author's Response: LoL the grapefruit diet works if you have the willpower; the no carbs thing is a killer. And I got to be quite chummy with the girl who ended up asking Nick a question at soundcheck and when he said her name he smiled and she about dropped to her knees; not that I can blame her :)
