Aww, I loved this chapter! Brian's mom made Nick a Weasley sweater! LOL Adorable! And I loved her sweet note, and the idea of all the Backstreet Moms (almost) contributing to a home-cooked dinner for them on Christmas. Very touching, though sad. And now Nick's going to head off on his own to protect the others... how very Rudolph! Poor Nick. Can't wait for more! :)

From before: I did see that interview and I loved what Nick said about his condition, and I actually admit that I teared up a little bit when Nick told the Kevin story, and that you could tell it meant so much to Nick. So I'll be looking forward to that one no matter how long it is. lol
As for this Chapter, it was great how you made everything unfold, between the dreams and the revelation of Max being Nick's Uncle, I really liked how you did that. I can't wait to see how that is going to change the dynamic between the two.

Wow! The two interwoven dreams were kind of confusing (as dreams usually are LOL), but I'm glad we're starting to get some answers. I thought the same thing about the pig being named Bob too. How horrible, to find out your whole life, right down to your name, has been a lie. I can't wait to find out the real story in full, including Uncle Max's role in it. Great job!

Hm, I'm wondering a lot about the whole situation with Nick's two moms LOL. I'm guessing his real name was Andrew, but he's Nick now because his mom's name was Nicole. I wonder when and how Jane Carter came into his and Bob's life. And I'm wondering if there's any significance to the fact that his therapist has the same name as who he thought was his mother, or if it's Jane as in Jane Doe, or if it's just a coincidence. Loving this story; it's so unpredictable!
