Omg! What a great chapter. First, that party sounds really awesome. I love all the cameos in there. I like the name Brenna and I can picture her being a complete wildchild. And lol at kayleigh checking out James. I can imagine how beautiful he's going to be with his two parents. And LMFAO at JAM and he Barracudas.

I really like Brooke :) She seems like a down to earth, great girl. I was reading your reviews and review responses...first, it appears that Kayleigh is not very likable. Lol. I don't think I know enough about her but I love that she's the opposite of Brooke. And it sounds like shes kind of the black sheep of the family. I can't wait to read about her. I like that Baylee is getting married! That's so crazy to think of that. Thanks for another update :)

Author's Response: I love my Carter kidlets! :) Brooke grew away from the stubborn little toddler she was but she kept her, well, what I call 'pep.' Yeah Kayleigh's losing her fanclub, but I too like that she's a black sheep. It's different and I strive for different. And it's CRAZY to think of Baylee getting married but well that's what makes the whole thing fun. :) P.S. - I love that she calls the guys 'uncle' too!

:) Cute chapter. LOL at Kayleigh being all dramatic when she found out that her parents were coming to the party and her dress "alterations". Ooh, and poor Noah with Kayleigh teasing him. I caught that note of safety being important to Brooke, can't ever blame her for that. Amazing job, absolutely loving this. :D
PS: Baylee would be 25/26 around this time I think, him getting married and all? And about what year is this? 2025/26? lol
Author's Response: Kayleigh is a DRAMA queen and way too damn pretty for her own good. Glad someone caught the 'safety' thing. It's 2027 because Brooke was born in March 2011. So Baylee's 25. James is 17, not quite yet 18. Mason and Shelby are 19/20.

I have a feeling Kayleigh is gonna annoy me, don't like the way she is teasing and playing with Noah :) But i do love that you made Brians daughter a rebel and Nicks daughter the mature and responsible one, Brooke sounds like a genuine and kind teenager with a big heart! And i love how she still calls her brother NoNo, I still call my now 17 year old little brother his kid-nickname.. He just loves me for that :)

Looks like imma have to do double reviews on this story too haha!! Been so busy today and loved all the update emails on my phone when i checked it haha!!
So something ain't sitting right with me with Kayleigh. Have no idea why. To me it sometimes comes across that she's friends with Brooke because she's famous. Maybe I'm reading waaaay into it, especially since she and Brooke have been bff's since they were kids.
And poor Noah. He definitely has the hots for Kayleigh and she's just brushing him off like he's nothing. Might be a good thing that she IS brushing him off. She's waay outta his league.
Brooke is very sensible. She comes across much older than her years and i love that. I'm guessing what she went through when she was younger helped that.
Landon is adorable! Can i keep him? haha!
Author's Response: Oh, I do love double reviews! Unfortunately I can't comment too much because that would ruin the purpose of some subsequent chapters. I also feel sorry for Noah. I'm very protective of him as my first 'story' boy-child. LoL And you've pegged Brooke right. She is mature and part of that had to do with what she went through all those years ago. That was heavy trauma + a couple years of therapy combined. Landon rocks, I would have to fight you for 'keepsies'
