Yeah a Carter Halloween is always strange. But full of love. I'm glad Noah seems happy about the baby. However I don't think Kay will make a good mother. However I love this story. I can't wait to see how it all turns out. Keep up the amazing work.

The Shelby talk was needed.. I just love her, she is so mature, and I understand her so well.. She loves her daughter, but being a teenmom is anything but simple.. She gave Kayleigh a much needed realitycheck :)
And Landon and Brenna are so sweet, I had two of the three year olds at daycare giving eachother the biggest kiss the other day, then they tossed their head's back giggeling, it was the cutest thing ever!

Kay needed to be brought down a peg or 50. I only hope she sees that she has more potential to go to college then she gives herself credit for. It's ok to dream but you have to dream realisticaly. I think she needs another talk with marcie about her potential to get into a good college and prove to herself that she isn't dumb.

Brenna and Landon could end up never seeing each other again...I know I don't see some of MY friends from when I was four and five. :) As for your PS--I hope he goes to Julliard too! Aw, I miss Shelby and Mason. Squee. And Shelby's right its going to be tough for Kayleigh. Having kids is no picnic in the park but have them when you're still a kid yourself. Sigh. You live, you learn.
Btw I stopped getting email updates. Don't know why. Everything seems ok in my preferences. If you could you should make a twitter account and sent out update tweets.

--Before he could say anything more, Shelby walked up to us. She gave Noah a hug and turned to me.-- Yay! These two def need a talk with someone who's been there :)
--"Do I regret having Brenna? Never. I can't imagine life without her. Do I regret getting pregnant with her at sixteen? Absolutely. I wish Mason and I could have been wasteful with money and traveled and just spent lazy days together without a care in the world before she was born. But, if I had to choose between my own self absorbed desires and Brenna handing me a picture of nonsense scribbles, I'd choose her scribbles any day."-- the perfect ending to a very eye-opening talk... something Kay & Noah both needed

When Liv held him out little Kay crossed her eyes, leaned forward and went 'Oooh.' Fast forward sixteen years later and...well y'know what happened!
