Everybody is over reacting right now. (which is a typical teenage thing to do, btw)... Can't really fault Trevor for his behavior, he's probably seen a lot (too much) in his young life for him to understand Kayleigh. They're all gonna regret their actions, I'm sure!

Wow, the question is why does Trevor hate people like Kayleigh. But he doesn't even really know her. Can't wait to see how this plays out. Poor Kayleigh, all miserable. :(

as for Trevor no one really knows him at all just now maybe he sees someone act like Kay all the time and he does not like it.

LOL Jen: Don't worry i am feeding my addiction by re-reading the coaster series. I just realized when reading "With The Band" That Kay should really tell Leighanne about what happened to her(Kayleigh) after what Leigh said at the hospital after the "Incident" with Brian and Olivia.

Oh no! I feel bad for Kay,I hope Brooke and her work it out and Brooke realizes that she feels bad because Trevor didn't go all the way with her not about her brother and kay that's not the whole thing anywyas and I hope that Kay soon realizes that Noah is good for her and they would make a good couple. Keep up the great work.

Omg! So Noah is a sweetheart. He read Kay like a book when no one else could. Holy crap at the confrontation. Especially Trevor's comment. I guess I should be mad at Kay...but I'm not. I feel bad for her. And I'm dyin to know what'll happen next!
Author's Response: It's hard for me to be mad at Kay because a lot of stuff isn't her fault. She's young, confused, and unsure of her place in the world.

I just want to hold Kay tight and tell her everything is gonna be okay, but there is no way she would belive me.. Poor girl! Can't wait to see what happens next and what the pissed off Carter siblings are up to.
And what Trevor said was so uncalled for, but i guess that is the kind of impression Kay makes =/
And "the girl code".. haha.. i broke that in the same way as Kayleigh about 8 years ago, my friend just found out about it this year, and was highly amused .. i guess that makes us grown ups now.. :)

Everyone's little wall of perfect crumbled a little bit in these chapters (well...except for Noah...did I mention he's my favorite Carter kid?) lol the girl code is like the bro code..not that either gender understands the others code! Glad that your friend was amused. Kay and Brooke aren't in that grown-up state of mind yet.

Noah is way more mature that his 15 years. I know grown men that aren't like that. Now for Kay to trust him. He is the one person that will never hurt her. And I can see Brooke looking out for her brother but Noah went willingly. She should at least talk to him before she says anything. And you write this so well I could feel Kat's pain. She is not trash she is a young woman that was hurt very badly & needs help. I hope she gets it. Excellent work.

Ok now, Trevor need to shut up because he doesn't know anything about her. As for Brooke, tsk tsk I still hope she will change her mind! Here Noah's the sweet one but he still doesn't really get the importance of the girl code! As for Kay.. *sigh* I just wanna hug her. :(
Author's Response: There is total girl code trouble going on here. Add in Trevor being mouthy, Noah still on his Kay-d bug high, and Brooke on the warpath and we've got one hellishly crazy night!
