So much fun to read Kay's POV on the wedding, she don't sound like her mothers daughter..!
And she is so right about Howie looking better with age. A friend of mine don't know what hit her after the TIU concert, she was talking about how hot he looked non-stop.. And when she annonced at 3am that he must be the "best" backstreet boy (cause he knew what women wants), we put her to bed :)
Author's Response: We do love trouble! I love writing Kay's POV...she's not so rose-colored glass innocent like Brooke or as sweetly quirky as Shelby. She's just herself. I started off as a Howie's girl, then went to Bri...then this summer Nick distracted me. Now I'm back to Bri, but Howie looks A-MAZING. haha about putting your friend to bed. :p

Woohoo! Thank God the wedding is over!
--I was hoping that I'd finally be able to sit down, but mom intercepted me.
"Receiving line," she said.
"What?!" I said.
"You're family. You've got to be in the line," mom said.
That was how, ten minutes later, I was stuck in a line shaking hands or giving hugs to people I had never met in my life.
The whole idea of a receiving line seemed incredibly stupid to me. Wasn't that what a reception was all about?-- I agree, ain't that what the reception is for?
--All of a sudden, Noah was standing in front of me.
"Great job up there," he said with a smile.
"I didn't do anything," I said. His eyes sparkled.
"You held those flowers like a pro," he teased. I laughed.-- I luv Noah :)
--Landon got a kick out of hearing that my dress color was puce.
I was so glad I could make someone's day.-- Gotta luvs the Landon :)
--"Pictures, Kay-d bug," he said.
"More pictures?" I said. He laughed.
I was sure that my feet were going to be a bloody mess. With every little step I had to take I felt another blister form. Towards the end I couldn't even fake a smile.-- see, that's one of the reasons i'm not gonna wear heels EVER. And yeah, weddings mean a HELL of a lot of pictures!
--"Party on, dad," I said, quoting one of his favorite, albeit ancient movies. He chuckled.
"Party on, Kay."-- OMG, eternal dork-itude!
