Awesome presents... i luv Kay's reaction to the college fund-- "I looked at him in surprise. Eighteen? But I was sixteen! Did they seriously just give me a gift I couldn't use for two years?"
I luvs my BooBoo-- Brooke stomped her foot. "NoNo you tell me RIGHT now! Do mom and dad know?"
And my NoNo-- His eyes sparkled. He was enjoying this. "Mayyybeeee..."
OMG! I so just realized (after reading the whole chapter) what NoNo's present is! He totally wrote a song for her, huh?
--"Oh, and Brooke?"
Her arms were folded over her chest. She was still in her 'pissed off' stance.
"Yeah?"
"Did you get the text message from dad?"
"What message?"
Noah laughed. "Check your damn phone."
And with that he walked off.
"Ooooh, brothers!" Brooke said. -- Total Brother-Sister moment! Luvs it!
I luved Brooke's present to Kay.... Can't wait to see her 'vision' especially if she's anything like her mother!

''They so set me up!'' She had to admit and thanks her parents... uuuu she is more like Leighanne than she thinks and wants.. just saying.
"There was only one ticket," I said happily. "It won't be a family trip after all."
Brooke laughed. "I smell trouble."
I squeezed her. "That's because it's my middle name." OH LORD!
"I got you something better. You just don't know what it is," he taunted.
Brooke's eyes narrowed. "Noah Gene Carter, I swear..."
Noah turned towards me.
"Did you enjoy your party?" UHHHH Carter, you know how to be a good Carter... like this side of you, young mister! What he got for Brooke??? He will give her a song???? THAT'S IT!!!
"Bye BooBoo," he said with a little finger wave. He began to walk off and then paused.
"Oh, and Brooke?"
"Did you get the text message from dad?" I could see Carter's thing going on there... that pause and grin.. uuuhhhh Kay.. with this ÜBER PRESENT you will HAVE to be with Noah a lill more....
"It is. But I have a vision."
I knew all about those visions. She had gotten them from her mom. I kicked my shoes off.'' Awww she haves Livvy's visions!!! Oooohhhh She will put Kay with NOAH!!!! OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!!

Best Birthday Ever! The College fun ok that can slide beacuse she gets to go see Brooke on tour and in a music video how awesome. I think NoNo wrote Brooke's song or is a producer of her song somehow. I think it is all tied in. Glad Kay had a birthday to remember

Author's Response: LoL can you imagine a birthday cake like the Littrells wedding cake? haha...ridiculous. Yeah the college fund was lame...the plane ticket was good though! Noah's profession is still a secret...at least for now. :) You'll see what Bay got his sis in the next chapter!

As the wedding planner that I am (which is my job!!!), I also can't wait for the wedding. I still haven't gotten over the synchronized swimmers!!! Lol!!! Also because weddings are crazy in real life, i just dont want to imagine this one, I know I'll be surprised!!!!

Although Brian and Leigh are good parents, they really don't know their daughter that well!!!
But it's great to see her happy!!
And Noah needs to move faster were Kay is concerned, because I want to see them together soon!!

I'm glad Kay had a fun time, speaking of college i'm sure if she applied herself she can see that she is very smart. I wonder how the backstreet family would feel with someone in the social science field? (sorry thats the field i'm going for, more specifically cultural anthropology) Not many people know or hear about the social science field, she could be a psychologist, or a historian, or go into the Anthropology field you get to travel the world but you have to look at bones and check out dig sites. I guess we'll just have to wait and see, for all we know she could end up being a sex therapist lol.
Author's Response: I laughed so hard when I read the last line. OMG I can actually see her as a sex therapist! It's funny you should mention the social sciences...the class that meets right before my journalism class is Sociology. The professor's nuts but the class sounds really interesting! I've taken one sociology class already and it was great. If I had gone that route, I would have done psychology though. :)

I so want to know what Noah did. I think he was the real person that wrote her single. Amazing job. In LA I think there is going to be drama. Can't wait for more and Kay and Noah needs to get together. Hehe loved it.

Damn it Kayleigh, Noah is the guy for you. Why can't you see that? Forget your damn rules and follow what you know your heart is telling you. You deserve to have someone love you uncondtionally.Stop being so stubborn.
See no one forgot your special day. Kay is more loved than she thinks. I think she thinks its easier to pretend that they ignore her, than for her to actually be a part of their life. I think she tries to distance herself from them and act like it's their fault. She's afraid to loved and be loved.
I bet Noah sold a song. It must be to a well known artist if he's making that much money. I think NoNo is a sweetie. I hope he gets into Kay's heart.
