Well, I know who the A-lister fling was, because I wrote it. I actually once toyed with writing a Kevin story about his storyline in this, and I may still do so one day, but it's on the backburner for now. If I never write it, one day I'll tell you. lol

Haha. That was one chapter that I wrote in part just to see what kind of audience response I'd get. Otherwise though, I thought it would tell about Nick's instant attraction to her.

Like I said before, I was living in Lexington at the time it happened, and I can remember being glued to the TV all day in shock and disbelief. And I did get an eyewitness account of what happened in the ER, because I knew someone who was actually there. I don't know why it occurred to me to write about it, but it just fit for this character. I've flown out of that airport several times since then, and it's always in the back of my mind.

I like that you jumped on this a chapter before (I had to go back and make sure I was right about that), because I think you're the only reader who commented on that in particular at this point, and that was actually the response I was going for. Thanks so much for saying that you love my writing. I do like to see comments on my writing, but the way you're reacting to the story gives me hints. For myself anyway, I don't really get all that involved in a story, no matter how good the plot, if the writing's not good.
