I expected the death certificate to be for James' dad not Newt's son. Neither of those options is a good thing but I believe losing a child might actually be worse than losing a parent. I hope that someone is able to comfort Newt and keep him from closing up.

Great job Gideon!!!! I'm glad that Ned offered for Sirius to come, as much as James needs him, so does Remus. I feel sorry for Peter because I don't believe they left him out purposely. I hope Lily hangs around James a little more now that he's by himself.
