I think he should have listened to Kreacher a little more but I understand why he didn't. I have to tell you the I was listening to BSB on the way to work today and "Safest Place To Hide" came on. Besides the being married part, it reminded me of Remus and Sirius!
Author's Response: aww That's such a good fit! :) I've got a whole playlist of songs for this story, lol mostly from the 70s. The two major songs is the Bob Dylan song Forever Young that Sirius was singing in the woods before they did the jumping stuff. The other is A.M. by One Direction.

Author's Response: It was really strange making them come together... I know it's an OTP that a lot of Harry fans ship, so it was one of the things I'd considered at the start of this... but I'd actually decided NOT to have them end up together before I started. It really felt like it was the character's own choice and now I'm totally a Wolfstar shipper too. HA... Sirius and Remus really fit together. I'm excited after several months of working toward it now that it finally's paying off.

Author's Response: Peter's relationship with the Marauders and the betrayal we all know so well was one of the things that made me want to write this story. I really wanted to explore how Peter got to the place he was in when he turned his back on his friends and how he got there.
