hey! It's me again. -lol. Ive been reading on and off all day. maybe it won't take me as long as I thought to catch up -lol. Anyway one thing I noticed is that you do a very good job making the characters sound like them selves. I mean, when you read Veronica's letters it sounds like a different person wrote it than when you read Nick's letters. I can even imagine Nick sounding a lot like that. I know its supposed to be that way, but that's just really hard to do. All of my characters tend to sound exactly like me. hmmm. I wonder why that is -lol anyway, good job with that!
Author's Response: Aww well thanks! I'd hoped they sounded authentic, granted I don't know what Nick sounds like when he writes, but then I figured write how I think a guy would write or respond to things. Veronica was easy, I just wrote what I'd actually say.

I haven't spoken to her in wow, so long, but she was a sweetheart and I decided to use her name, and actually, Lynn is my middle name, minus the e!

Just a quick note... something that you might like, I don't know if you ever read the AC message boards or not, but I was on there yesterday and Chaos (as in absolute chaos) mentioned that he loved this story. He said he never reads romance, but he likes this one. I thought it was sweet and I don't think I've seen you post over there so I thought I would tell you just in case you didn't see it :)
oh yeah, and I'm liking it so far. It's sweet that Nick cares so much for his sister.
