Anyways, great update! I love the way you are getting a therapist in this! I know it's cliché but I think it makes the story a reality. So many people see a therapist and they can all relate to the feelings that Alyssa has. So that's that.
I love Nick the way Nick is acting in this chapter! He's acting reliable and supportive, he's anything but selfish. I love that in men. He is trying his best to get Alyssa through this and I think he is doing a great job. Make me wish a man like him! Hahaha
Good luck on the next chapther but I know you'll handle it! Can't wait to read it!

I'm glad you like the therapist stuff. I was hesitant because it has almost come a fan fic cliche, but unlike a lot of stories I do think Alyssa needs it. I know some fics that throw therapy in just for drama and look to create problems that aren't really there, but I think Alyssa has plenty of real problems she has to deal with right now. Hopefully therapy does wonders for her.
Nick is being very sweet. I mean he's kind of hanging out in the background for now, but that's what Alyssa needs right now. When she is ready she will come to him. But yes I wish all guys could be like that too lol.

I just wanna say that i love this story soooo freakin' much! I've read it in a week, i cant tear myself away from this! If your ever writing other stories, please write ones similar to this as the story is soo gripping! I love the sneaking around thing and especially stories when two people secretly like eachother at the start etc. This story is simply amazing! I'm starting to read it all over again from tomorrow and i'm looking forward to it! Thank u sooo MUCH!!!!
Author's Response: Thank you for the wonderful review! I am glad that you enjoyed this story. Wow... Reading it all in a week is quite a feat since its pretty long! I do have other stories, but this is the only one that deals with an affair. If you'd like to read more about Alyssa and Nick there's a story before this one Under My Skin which I don't think is as good cuz I only finished it last year. Then there's an earlier spin off.

It took long enough, but it was worth the wait! Great job on this chapter! I am glad to see Lyss coming out of her shell a little and opening up to Nick and Julia. I am looking forward to this humerous element you are going to put in the next chapter....I am kind of sad though...only a few more chapters left.
Author's Response: Aww... Don't be sad. There's a sequel! It is a relief to see Alyssa beginning to open up and get over herself. I was skeptical about the therapy thing because it's become almost cliche, but I think Alyssa really needs it. As for the humorous element... Well, let's just say Teri and Tricia plan a little surprise for Alyssa to help her feel more confident in herself again LOL.

Author's Response: You and me both. As for what's going to happen to Alyssa and Nick you'll have to keep reading. Most of the rest of the story is pretty Alyssa dominated, but Nick will be around. Ha I was getting annoyed with Sean too. I was so glad to have him out of the picture. One less person to worry about haha

as for the chapter, it was a good transition chapter from the crash to the recovery. im glad that nick is trying his best to let alyssa get through this on her own, yet being supportive when he's needed. Hopefully things will work out between them.

Author's Response: Haha I am sorry Brandy, but I do have an excuse for the lack of updates. Remember how I said that I was going to get a second job? Well, I finally broke down and did it. I'm going to be a server at Chili's and I started my training all this week which is pretty intensive since I have no restaurant experience. Of course since I started training, I've worked every day teaching in one class this week and lesson plans have been skimpy so I've had to do a lot of outside planning. To top it all off I met a boy Sat night, so I've been pretty distracted. I'm not sure where it's going to go if anywhere. So yea... Not a lot of writing time this week :(. Hopefully next week isn't as busy for me.

I know it's been a good long time since I've left anything here for you lol. Life has just been crazy and let's just leave that at that lol. Anyways, I just wanted to say I've been keeping up with the story and everything and I really think you are doing a great job with it. I hope this ain't like the end of the whole story for Nick and Alyssa. I would love to see what would happen if they really truely got together and this time it like work out for them. To answer your question there will be an ALTOS sequel that is currently in the works. We only have like 4 more chapters of ALTOS left and I hope to start the sequel soon after. I have also been fooling around with a sort of prequel/spin off that people seem interested in so I think I'll try posting that too. Be on the look out!
