the whole time I was reading this chapter I was wondering if a PI was ever gonna be involved.. how ironic. And that was pretty hot how nick was like in control! yum! hahah awesome chapter!

And it's totally hot when Nick gets all angry and stands up for what he wants. Who wouldn't give him his way? lol

First off I must say that it was a really cute chapter (except for the last part). I loved how caring Nick was being. Him and Alyssa make a cute couple.
Wow to the detective part. I never saw that one coming. I mean it's probably nothing unusual that Shayla was getting suspious (is that even a word - sorry, it's nearly 2am here) but I never expected her to have the guts to hire a detective. Man, I can smell trouble...
I am really curious to see what is about to happen next... Shayla will find out and all hell will break lose. I hope Sean doesn't get home, too. THAT would be a mess.
Mh, no clue on the Christmas present... Maybe something simple that reminds him of him since he is in Iraq. I bet he would appreciate it.

Yay! Awesome! I'm glad you think that Nick and Lyss make a cute couple. I thought that the PI part was totally something that Shayla would do because she's sneaky like that. I know I haven't really talked about her in a while so this chapter was giving her POV a lil,
With Shayla hiring a PI you can expect the truth to come out soon. It's all a matter of when. I can't tell you if Sean will be home by then or not. You'll just have to keep reading...

OMG!!! I loved this chapter. The sex scene was hot, but the conversation with Nick and Lyss was even better.
Nick said all of the right things. It is true, the media may scrutinize them, but their true friends are going to be there for them.
And when Nick said that he loved her, I actually got tears in my eyes...I kid you not!!!!

OH one more thing.... my step daughter name is Kathryn Elizabeth... I hate it.

Thanks for being the only one who commented on my sex scene LOl I was quite proud of it! Big leap for Alyssa I thought, but I think the conversation definitely did overshadow it. Nick said a lot of very smart unlike Nick things in that scene which isn't exactly a bad thing! The I love you surprised me too. Sorry I made you cry lol
LOL See I picked Kathrine Elizabeth because I wanted something very bland and plain. Very proper sounding I guess. I don't love the name Katherine myself. I LOVE Zoey though and totally think it's a name Nick would choose cuz its a lil wild. Thanks!

Another fantastic chapter, can't wait for more, I hope she tells sean before he comes home, I want her and nick to get together soon, he should really get rid of shayla soon. I think she is gonna be trouble when she finds out.

Another fantastic chapter...I think you are outdoing yourself with every update if that is possible. I think Alyssa and Nick are definitely getting to a difficult point in their relationship, defining things and making future plans will have reprocussions. They did make a plan this chapter, however, I still feel like they are putting off the inevitable...

Sorry, I know I owe you a bunch of reviews! lol I love that Alyssa and Nick came clean to each other. I am so excited what's coming next - you don't even begin to know. Your story is by far my favorite one besides Tris series Hearts don't lie. =) I'm always happy when I see a new update and I am reading your chapters in an instant. I am just really busy with college right now... I still have some exams coming up and I just had an interview for an intership (which I got! YEAH). Oh my... Nick is so sweet and so in love. And he is finally taking a relationship in an adult way. No more childish Nick. A mature, serious and in love Nick is just soo sexy. He should leave Shayla soon. women aren't that stupid when it comes to their husband. She probably knows he's cheating on her. I think Alyssa should just follow her heart and stop thinking about what other people would think. it's just unfair. Next chapter expect to hear a bit from Shayla and how much she knows. Alyssa is a lil hesitant, not just because of what others may think, but because she's a little afraid to trust Nick, but I think she's starting to definitely come around.

Awwww... I really like how NIck turned out (I know...you're probably shocked). However, I still think he should divorce Shayla regardless of what Alyssa does, because it really is unfair to her. On the other hand, it really wouldn't help NIck and Alyssa keeping stuff on the dl if NIck divorced since it would be all over the news and people would wonder why and then maybe Shayla would bring out the Alyssa pictures..... There is potential for news to leak about their affair and that would really be a slap in the face to Sean to hear about it through the media. I love the name Zoey too even though its a lil funky. About the last name thing? I think that Nick was hoping that she'd give the baby HIS last name, but at first he didn't want to press the issue so he just said Robinson.
