so i guess until you experience something it's hard to judge it accurately, and this whole time I've been all for Nick and Alyssa hooking up just cause that's what I want to happen, and who cares about sean, right? Not so much. I kinda feel his pain these days, or at least the pain he would feel if he finds out, so I'm kind of sitting in the "they probably shouldn't be hooking up while they're both married" boat lol But that was an awesome chapter. I'm glad you finally updated. Keep it coming!
Author's Response: I'm happy to hear that you're not exactly in agreement with the subject at hand either. Cheating is wrong and really can't be justified. As for the story though I purposely try to have Nick and Alyssa not always doing the right thing because I feel that is realistic. I defnitely see where you are coming from though. I think that they'll just have to learn their lesson the hard way. Thanks for the review!

That was a great chapter! I think it's good that they didn't have sex. She is still married.. Even though she has already cheated.. But still.. Even though she loves Nick, she also loves Sean..

Great chapter Mel! As always. Even though I am a disappointed that they didn't get through with having sex! haha But that's okay. I think I can understand where Alyssa is coming from. Poor thing. I hope she can figure out what she wants soon. And hopefully it will be Nick! =)
I loved how you ended the chapter with them sleeping together and Nick feeling the baby kick. That was really cute and yeah maybe it is supossed to be like that! =)

Author's Response: Thanks Franzi! LOL I tried my hardest to make it somewhat passion fueled although its hard to keep up the mood when you're literally stuck writing maybe a paragraph a day. The whole fact that they didn't actually have sex, although its disapointing it's something that they both need to consider a lil more fully before they give in to each other. Not like everything they've done up to this point isn't cheating, but at least in my mind to actually have sex with someone else is like the worst thing you could do. So, I hope that its understandable why Alyssa had second thoughts. Question is how long will they last? Thanks again!

the conscience had to kick in at some point. i would be so torn. clearly to a huge extent all of this feels right and perfect because with sean its out of sight out of mind. shes got a lot of thinking and more importantly feeling to do! cant wait for more!

I feel bad for both Nick and Lyss in this chapter...
For the first time since the beginning of the first Book I finally feel that Nick really does LOVE Lyss...it is sweet.
And Lyss...well she loves him too....she is just scared and has every right to be.
