Yea I think alyssa definately just built some really thick walls around sean, obivously influenced by his own actions. Now he has to break them down, only, they're walls made of Nick Carter, and those are unbreakable. :p

I love the chapter as always.
I really liked that you showed how torn Nick and Alyssa both are. One the one hand Lyss regrets her night with Nick and is guilty but on the other hand she thanked Nick and even went back to do so even though he was still asleep. But the gesture alone shows that she feels something that she missed feeling and is grateful to have it back.
Like I always say - can't wait to read more! Keep up the great work.
Author's Response: Thanks Franzi! Don't get used to the close updates although I only have a three day week at work and then i'm off Thurs-Tues so hopefully we can squeeze some updates out in there. I'm glad you liked Alyssa and Nick's conflicted feelings about what happened. As I promised I really want to take the whole cheating topic from several different angles. I think by now its apparent that the both WANT to be together, but aren't quite sure how to make it work.

I just wanted to give you a quick shoutout to tell you that I have been reading your story. I'm sorry that I haven't been reviewing lately. I've been quite busy lately and haven't had much time to review a lot of things and if I do it's just a quick short four letter sentence, aha, which I hate doing because I enjoy giving in-depth reviews. And I'll catch up eventually [I always do on Trina's] and I'm going to start catching up on reviewing this one too eventually and if not then, then start from the next chapter with giving good reviews. It's the least that I can do.
I really enjoy seeing the interaction between Katrina and Nick. They've came so far from UMS. I love the progression throughout the beginning of this to the time now. It's great to see them actually getting to doing the deed, although, I'm craving to see how the aftermath will turn out.
I hope that you'll write more soon though. =] Great job though.

Thanks Jamanda! I've heard that you've been really busy lately from Tri. I was thinking that I'd finally frustrated you to your breaking point lol So I'm SOOO Glad you stuck around! I COMPLETELY understand with whole being busy thing lately. It's hard enough for me to write, let alone read and review things. I'm glad you popped back in to say hi though.
Haha it must be because you mentioned Tri, but don't you mean ALYSSA and Nick LOL I was like Oops wrong story! It's okay I mix up characters names all the time too. I'm really happy though that you see the change in them. I've worked very hard on it. I;m just finishing up the next chapter now so it should be up later tonight.

Yeehaa! Finally it happened! Been waiting for that to happen... Anyways, I know it's wrong for her to do this but she needed this. And Nick as well. I can only say, if there are 2 people that needs to be together, Nick and Alyssa are.
I do think this maybe will even get her pregnant.... Can't wait to read more to see what really happens!

There are a lot of emotional struggles going to come out dealing with what just happened because like you said its wrong, but in SOME ways are justified so it'll definitely be a blurry line. I'll try to get some more out soon. The next chapter should be short so we'll see.

Oh my... I'm speechless...That was absolutely HOT! Both Nick and Alyssa have grown soo much not only as people, but as lovers as well. Being apart has done them good. hands down. I just hope this time around they fight for each other, and realise that they are made for each other. I know this will hurt both them and their partners, but you just can't stop true love, and they've been through so much that they deserve peace and happiness once for all. Oh man... Nick is the tipical lover figure. Always there for you when your husband isn't... hehehe. And yes, i still hope that she'll end up pregnant with Nick baby sooner or later!

Author's Response: Thanks Monica! I'm SOOO glad that you see that. I've invested a lot of time and energy into correcting some of the flaws that Nick and Alyssa both had in UMS (but making sure they're not "perfect") so t's really nice hen my readers can tell. Of course their personal growth carries over to the bedroom as well as you'll continue to see throughout the story. This time around I think you'll start to see that it's not themselves holding them back from being with each other, but the people around them. Haha so many of you think she's gonna wind up with Nick's baby lol We'll see...

FINALLY!!
ok, so..wow. Nick and alyssa have come along way.. no pun intended lol. (couldn't resist). I think it's interesting that Sean was sort of the one to help Alyssa break down her walls and become comfortable with herself, yet nick is the one really reaping the benefits. As for nick, it's obvious he's a lot less selfish now and alyssa's happiness and satisfaction was obviously very important to him, which only heightened the experience. I also think it was interesting that Alyssa took her ring off and suddenly felt less guilty about what she did. Her comfort with Nick is undeniable, but now they just complicated things. This could be fun!
So...Did uh.. Nick's little video inspire you at all? LMAO!

*give you a big giant cookie* Yay! I'm SOO glad that you said everything you did because you are dead on with pretty much everything. I'm glad that you can already see that by Sean opening her up, he actually gave her the guts to send her running straight into Nick's arms. Furthermore now that she's got that confidence it makes their relationship even stronger. That is a point that I think definitely may come up again later in the story. At first I actually wasn't thinking about how Nick being so considerate actually showed growth in his character, but one of my beta pointed it out early on in the scene and I was like Wow... You're totally right! So I'm glad I went with it. And the ring? Yay even more! That'll come up again soon. But yes it was kind of symbolic the whole taking off the ring thing. Lot's of fun drama up ahead!
LMAO Nick's My Space video was interesting lol. My friend and I weren't sure in the beginning what to think. It was actually surprisingly awakward LOL I think someone needs to remove the webcam from his laptop :)

I just wanted to quickly review and say that I loved this chapter! I plan on analyzing more in-depth and such when I start reading from the beginning, but I wanted to make sure I commented on how awesome the emotional connection is between Nick and Alyssa now. :D I mean, they've grown SO much since UMS and it's really showing. Not only has their emotional connection deepened, but they've obviously become much more comfortable with each other as far as their sex life. You've done an awesome job with their character development and I can't wait to read more!
And you should have so much confidence because your sex scenes were really great! Again, I can't wait to read more and I can't wait until I have more time to start from the beginning and read the growth of Nick and Alyssa's deeper emotional connection from the very beginning. Keep it up!!
