Nothing in this chapter is what I expected...I didn't expect her to be willing to tell him how she felt and I sure didn't expect to see him mugging down with another girl.

So I got REALLY behind on this story and I apologize. I'm SOOOO busy and its hard enough to write my own story so unfortunately I don't get as much time as I'd like to get caught up on my readers stories. Anyway I adore this story! Not only do I adore it, but the growth that you've shown as a writer is pretty incredible. This story is amazing. I LOVE the awkwardness of where Nick and Shannon are at now only its 5 billion times more complicated cuz you have Matilda right in the mddle. I can't wait to see where this goes and I'll try to be better at reading and reviewing now that the summer is approaching.
Author's Response: THANK YOU SO MUCH! It's nice to have someone compliment me on my writing skill and style rather then just on the plot line, I appriciate it. It was always going to be awkward after Nick found out but throwing in the feelings that they are both repressing has just heightend that. Everyone around them can see they are meant for eachother but there are soooooooo many trust issues now, plus all the other issues and emotional bagadge they have. Throwing kids into the mix always confuses things too as I'm sure you know from writing LTOS! I know what you mean about work and reading! I'm a kids nurse and do 12 hour shifts and find it hard to write sometimes eventhough I only work three to four days a week! I don't know how you do it working five! Again thanks for the review and I can't wait for more Nick and Aylssa baby dadyy drama!

That didn't go at all like I tought it would, I mean I was hoping that before the conversation betweeb them was over, one of them would just tell the truth to the other and everything would have worked out. So now I guess they'll both suffer a lot before finding out their true feelings. Can't wait for another update; Take Care!
Author's Response: At first I was going to get one of them to open up about their feelings but that would judt be too easy and I think a little unrealistic for them to just do it out of the blue when the feelings have been buried for so long. Keep on reading the next few chappies are going to be interesting!
