Ooh that was an intense scene! Quinn's father really talks to her like she's all of 12 yrs old. Come on... referring to Diane as "not his g/f... His lady friend?" What's the difference? Poor Quinn! And I know she's pissed at Court for not telling her, but on the other hand she didn't tell Court and the other girls about Nick right away...
I really liked the Nick/AJ convo. It's obvious Nick is in love w/ her but he's too stubborn. AJ is right... The longer he keeps quiet the more painful it'll make things.

YAY! You are caught up...I am so glad you liked this chapter. I will respond to your last three reviews in one shot here...doesn't the convo between Q and her Dad sound much like a conversation she had with Court and discussed in detail in one of her columns? Pot...Kettle...Black.
The whole Diane thing ended up being a bigger deal/fight than I planned...and the violation in Court's trust feels like she deceived Quinn to her.

Oooh the NYC chapter! And all my fav spots like Canal Street lol. I can definitely sympathize with how betrayed Kate and Lauren feel that Quinn kept Nick a secret for that long. I'd prolly be pissed too. I can tell that they're not very supportive of this arrangement, but they are only looking out for her because they care.
Nick is so cute how he assumes that Quinn doesn't know the Paris situation.

I remember you saying that this was one of your fav columns so I have to comment on it. The whole idea of the Chase I agree with Quinn... I'm old fashioned, but I want the guy to pursue me. I think too many girls now are too controlling and that's one of the reasons guys slack off now. The genders have switched roles in many cases. I do think that was probably Quinn's most personal column to date and Nick overhearing bits and pieces definitely cued him on the right thing to say. *sigh* Where are the guys like that out here?

I'm hoping she will go to Nick, I think he would be good at calming her down and listening. What with Courtney being in on it she may feel like she has nowhere else to turn.

Wow, I started reading your story yesterday and simply couldn't stop reading! It's awesome and I love how it's different from the "typical" storylines. I've read tons of stories and still do but there aren't many that get me hooked anymore. But yours definitely did!
As for this chappie, poor Quinn! She's gotta be so upset with her dad and knowing that Courtney knew and didn't tell her sure doesn't help. I'm curious as to where she's headed. Maybe to Nick? *grins* Would be cool if she did.

Oh my, poor Quinn :( That's terrible that her dad just sprung Diane on her instead of talking to her about it first. And I feel bad for Nick as well, not really knowing what to do with himself after Quinn left in such a hurry. I hope it ends up working out for them! I loved this chapter hun, and I can't wait for the next one :D
