*too lazy to write a separate review* OMG @ Kevin + drugs!!
I have my thoughts on why the journal entry was cut-off, but I think once again my theory is best left unsaid.
I hope to see another update soon! I was so happy to see three new chapters when I logged on today!

hahaha. oh brian. i love the double journal entry update :D. its like when you only expect one good grade on a report card and you get a ton of em instead (or maybe thats just what im feeling cause of my grades :D). and poor aj, in a way i was thinking baylee was gonna try to take it from him so he didnt read it haha. LOVED IT!
Author's Response: Well, if Baylee took it away, AJ would assume the worst. But Brian's entry about AJ really wasn't THAT bad. I was brutally honest but you could also see how much Brian loved AJ. so, I figured it would work better for AJ to see it. *shruggs*

I have a feeling (there goes those feelings again...lol) that the end of Brians's entry.....being cut off all weird...is him realizing that NICK is the best choice. Poor Bay probably just wanted to read on. I do feel bad for AJ though. I mean, reading the stuff that Brian said about him had to hurt a bit. It wasn't mean, but not exactly all fluffy and nice either. Another great update.

Oh you cannot end it there! I love love love LOVE the journal entries! Of course, Brian is beginning to realize that Nick is excellent with Baylee and would make the perfect guardian, right? RIGHT? lol.. wow I am getting too into this haha. Oh, and Riley being a lawyer is also excellent, that will definitely help them out a great deal in fighting off Kevin. Great chapter Kristal!! Ohhh Ohhh Brian had a revelation!!!
He realised Nick acts like a father to Baylee, Nick's very protective of Baylee and looks out for him all the time!

I can start seeing why Brian picked Nick, obviously Nick loves Baylee to pieces and pays strict attention when it comes to Baylee.
Ohh I actually thought of something too....about the Blazer but I'll keep it in mind as the story progresses ;D

Author's Response: lol. you sound hyper! *raises eyebrow* Anyways, the main point of bringing in Leighanne having to drive the Blazer was because that left the guys without Baylee's car seat. Thus, giving us an oportunity to see Nick's attention to that kind of detail regarding Baylee's safety.

Sounds like they all had a blast! Makes me alsmot want snow...ALMOST. The latest diary entry gave alot of insight as to what Kevin is like. I have a feeling that it might help out in court to keep Bay with Nick. One of my favorite chaptes so far...awesome update. Cant wait for the next!

ok you really can not leave it like that please update asap. Also I think Kevin is still upset at Nick for that day whe he stood up to Kevin. after all he was the Youngest one of the Group and Kevin still does not think that nick can raise Baylee like He would.

ok, pillow fight? CUTE! i really enjoyed this chapter...shocker, right? lol. once angain, amazingly written. but, i'm worred not that Kevin will get Bay but that he keeps Mason...and this whole Riley thing makes me kinda nervous. she seems a bit sketchy. GREAT JOB! keep it up.

Wow, never saw that one coming!!! Kevin, kevin, kevin... tsk tsk tsk... I now it's pretty out there, but my first thought regarding the reason for Kevin acting as he does, was that he and Leighanne had an affair, and he's the biological father to Baylee, hence the mean attitude towards Brian... Lol

I just started reading this, and I just caught up, but this was my favorite chapter so far. The sledding cracked me up, and I love how we saw how protective Nick used to be of Baylee. Loving the story! :)
