Do I sense a spark between Abby and Nick... Me Likely.... While Chelsea might be gone and no one can ever replace her I think Abby might be the person to step into the friend role.... and also maybe the "mom" role.
Its hard to say great last few chapters... not bc they are not good but bc its hard to stay something so sad is great. It feels real -- reading these last few chapters. I lost an uncle in a car crash 5 years ago last month. I can see and feel the pain Ally is feeling.
Love teh story and can't wait for the next update.
Author's Response: Abby and Nick have a lot in common - they both seem to think alike which is nice to have reinforcement sometimes. And I know what you mean about it hitting home. Car accident or not I think a lot of people can relate to a gone without goodbye - that life can change in an instant with absolutely no control over it. I am sorry for your loss and hope you know that your uncle is in a better place right now, sometimes life is just a stepping stone to bigger and better things. :)

Is Abby single? If she is, I bet Ally is formulating step 1 of "find a girlfriend for Nick"...lol! That's another positive she can add to her list!

Nick is one awesome father & Ally knows that. He can't take her pain away but he can help. I really want to know what Alex said to Jen. Man I know he edited what he told Ally. With his mouth defiantly xrated. I like Abby. Very sad about her son. Hey maybe she would be good for Nick. Both a bit older & looking for that someone special. Keep up the awesome work.

I'm glad that Nick and Abby are telling Ally to focus on the positives. That's so sad about Abby losing her son, but at least Ally knows that she understands how she's feeling and that there are better days ahead. I hope that Ally's hand surgery will go well. Thanks for the update. :)

So sad about Chelsea...I know that'll it definitely won't be easy but I hope that Ally can work to heal after that loss. Poor Nick...I'm sure he was attached to her as well, especially with him letting her stay there. I know they'll be ok as long as they have each other to heal. Great writing again, can't wait to read more.

Author's Response: Chelsea dying is really sad :( It was so hard to write but I knew this is where her character was headed from the very beginning. Hopefully Ally can overcome her grief and live her life the way Chelsea would've wanted her to.
