Such a strong chapter. I've always liked Tina and felt bad for her for all the shit Nick made her go trough, but now I think she is being the selfish, stubbern and immature one. She needs to put the past behind her, he can't undo what he did, what happend, happend.. If they are gonna have any chance of staying friends (and maybe more) they need to get everything out in the open and then start fresh. And I do think they need help to do that. And the way she left him out of the kids life and didn't invite him to milestones in the kids life is just low and SO selfish..

She never told him about the kids functions. That is low even for her. I can see her wanting independence but to cut him out of his kids lives is mean. Granted he is to blame for q good portion of their relationship going bad but she is to blame for how Zoe is. I hope they can talk more and work things out. I am rooting for them. Very well written story,

Um Tina leaving & Zoe having issues is Tina's fault. She never considered how it would effect the kids just herself. Now however Nick gets the short end of it because Zoe won't talk to him. I really hope they can work things out. Awesome update.

Well, wasn't the best or healthier talk, but with them never is. At least, they are starting to say 'the' things.
They are older but the younger side still burns, the thing is: they need to transform that feeling to something good.
They love each other, but love isn't all. They must trust and support each other. Carter supported her when she left... I dont know if she would do the same if she were him....

I love this story so much! I think this is one of the few fan fics that I can actually see the real Nick in the situation.
The way he used to treat her,or deal with his feelings is so similar to what he is like in the relationships,I guess!

I think it's easy to see that they still have feelings for each other, and maybe they are more mature now, so they can talk to each other without all the yelling and fighting.. Maybe they can work things out, but they do have a long way to go.. Loving this story :)

Oh yes they still have feelings for each other. I am beginning to see why she wanted her own life which is normal but I think it did the kids more harm & she doesn't seem to notice or care. Hopefully things will get better.

Nick is doing the best he can. Personally I think Parker is just like Nick but needs a little more discipline. Tine is too soft on him. I wonder if she realizes it's her fault that Zoe is like that with Nick. She up and took her from the only family she had ever known. Of course she freaked out. In a weird way I hope they work things out. Keep up the great work.
