The question the fan asked was such an innocent question but I love how it was formulated to be something a fan might actually ask that would cause him try not to react how he did later with the wall. He is stubborn and I could see him being stubborn and the guys thinking he is on drugs again.
Author's Response: I love the question. I was talking to Julie, about wanting a fan to really get to him, I just didn't know what question to make it happen. She suggested it. Of course poor Nick is stubborn, he doesn't want to be treated differently. He's just going about it the wrong way LOL.

Aww man, breaks my heart reading this fight between Nick and Brian!! :( And I feel bad that everyone is coming down on Nick! Poor guy. I know if I were him, I would've exploded what was wrong with me at them, having everyone come down on me like that. I wish he'd tell them, and soon!
Author's Response: I know, I felt bad, but I knew if Nick decided to hide it, he was gonna cause suspicions if nothing else. And their thoughts would immediately go to his past issues. :( Nick doesn't have it easy.

So between you, Julie, Mare, Pengi, and the ending of Julilly's Hawk and a Handsaw, you've all managed to suck me back into a fanfic-dom that I thought I'd peaced out of two years ago! *sigh* I suppose not.
This story is really, really good! Comparing it to what I remember of your writing the last time I read it, your writing is even better than it was before and I'm super impressed! It's hard to get better than awesome :P
Of course, Nick is sick and he's being stubborn and Nick-ish, and I wish he'd just tell Brian, at least, what is going on! Well, at least he told Kevin, right? Maybe soon he'll tell someone else...maybe.
Anyway, awesome job, and I can't wait for the next update!

Thank you so much, I still feel very self conscious about what I write lol. So yeah, I dunno, there's days I feel like what I have is utter crap lmao, so seeing that definitely makes me smile. And yes, Nick is being Nickish lmao, which means difficult, stubborn and unwilling to let anyone actually around him in. (Notice he tells the person who's NOT touring with them LOL). Oh man this is making me cry. Excellent story though. Seeing him slowly fall apart is sad. But what makes me mad is that the rest of BSB doesn't trust him. Maybe he should tell them. Keep up the awesome work.

Aww poor Nick. Seems everyone but AJ is giving him a hard time right now, even the fans asking questions which are difficult for him to deal with :( I suppose Brian is only worried that Nick is going back to his old ways.

Have to admit....my eyes were pooling and that irritating lump was in my throat when I got done with this chapter. I mean, I can see why he's not telling them. Who wants to be treated differently? I'm sure they will all be coddling him once they find out and that's probably one of the things he doesn't want right now...wants everything to remain normal as long as possible....even if the norm is everyone pissed off at him. I'm sure the chapters to come of him telling them are gonna be gut wrenching..and why I love this shit, WHY I put myself thru it, is beyond me. It's like watching the movie Beaches...you KNOW you're gonna bawl your eyes out, but you watch it anyways!!!

Wow poor Nick, I thought he was going to lose it in front of the fans. Howie cursing in Spanish was funny. But he really needs to tell somebody, its gonna come to a head soon. Brian should know at least, I think he feels bad that he accused Nick of drugs again. Who could blame him though.....I just hope it doesn't lead to a huge blowup or anything. Good chapter!
