Very intersting part with the Amish. It reminds me of one of my favorite trilogies by Lurlene McDaniel that the Amish people play a large role it. Angels Watching Over Me is one of the books. Have you read it? I have really gotten into this story and fully love it Julie
Author's Response: You know I'm a huge Lurlene McDaniel fan, so of course I've read that series! It didn't exactly inspire this story, but I did reread the whole series as I was planning and starting to write it for inspiration for the Amish parts. I'm glad you're enjoying it! Thanks, Anita!!

Author's Response: LMAO I know; it's one of my favorites too! Paradise is a real Amish town, and it cracked me up, both cause of the song and because you don't exactly think of Amish land as being "paradise" (unless you're into that sort of simple living). So of course I had to use it!

This was good. I don't think i've ever read a story that involved the Amish. I wonder if Nick will panic and hang the phone up to live Amish or get rescued right away? Please update soon! I am anxious to find out what happens :)
