First off, I am so freakin excited that you're writing again!! That makes me so happy. Next, this story seems like it's gonna be one of those old school fics that I love. This opening chap was great. Full of suspense and got started with the drama right away. Can't wait to read more :)

I love you! Welcome back to writing! I'm a sucker from Nick's point of view because it's always interesting to see "hear" the thoughts in his head. I can identify with Nick. It's funny the things you think you hear or hear when you're alone. Now, the twisting of the doorknob coming from a locked room.....a little scary. As usual, Mare, you have done a great job of building suspense. I will anxiously be awaiting more.

Awww. Poor Nickyolas. I know what it's like to be creeped out by strange noises & to imagine things that aren't really happening, when you're alone. Trust me on that. I just turn on every single light & pray to God nothing happens - lol. I'm a wimp, I know.

Yay, a new story from Mare! I'm glad you finally posted this thing! Great start; I love it so far! You do a great job at writing in Nick's POV; it really sounds like someone telling a story. You had me in suspense, going, "There's not really someone coming to get him, is there?" I didn't think so, but it still reminded me of It Stays With You. You got me as paranoid as Nick! Can't wait to see what happens in the next chapter!
