Author's Response: Jon Foreman is an amazing writer. He has a lot of gorgeous songs like that on his solo EPs. I strongly recommend his work. I'm so excited, I get to see him play in 2 weeks -- acoustic set on a mountain top, too! Ah! :)

Oh... beautiful chapter as always and still we don't know if it's Brian or Nick. I mean, reading this chapter one would think it's Nick but something let you think that maybe he isn't., for example when Brian thinks that he should be the one pissed with world, you would think that it's him.

Great chapter! I loved the description of Nick like a puppy who you have to ignore so as not to reinforce his behavior LOL. And the "burro boogies" part LOL - hilarious, and nice HP reference too! Have you done the burro ride in the Grand Canyon? That part was so detailed! Loving it!

What a sweet chapter. I love a lot of the little moments in this story already. The raccoon thing was funny. Reminded me of my 8th grade trip to Yosemity. Couple of my classmates left food in their cabin but instead of a raccoon visitor they got a bear. Anyway great chapter and I liked that little moment between Brian and Amanda.
Author's Response: Haha! A bear would be way scarier than a baby raccoon. Nick would've been founded in being afraid of a bear. LOL. I actually based this moment on an experience my mom had. There's more camping fun to come, no worries. Thanks for reading, I'm glad your enjoying the story! :)

I'm really enjoying this story. I love the little moments with Nick and Brian and Amanda and also liked the moment with Kevin and Howie and AJ. I like how you include the articles in there as well. Oh and good job witht he landscape description, made me want to go back there, it's been a long time. Can't wait for the next chapter.
