Even though I know there are more albums and tours.... HE should remember that he got offers for solo albums after the group split, stay sober for THAT opportunity!!!

That would be extremely tough to know you had a family down the old path and now on this path you are deciding not to go there again. It's a little unfair to those children who will never be born since you won't find and be with their mother. :( See where the conflict in my story is ... changing the past and how it affects the future ;) It will be interesting to see if Nick still runs into Mandy though.

rehab! Yay for Nick seeking outside help. It's hard to admit when you need others to help you do somethig, but is always a big step when you do realize it, especially when you realize it on your own. It's a shame it took him knowing what his life would be like if he continued on that path and that he didn't come to the realization without that knowledge.

I hope he sticks with it this time, though I kind of feel the same way as Kevin, unsure whether to believe him or not.
It will be interesting to see what happens when he goes home and doesn't have the tour and the partying which was his excuse for why it was hard to stop when he made the decision.

that was so not crap... at least your writing and the chapter weren't but it was total CRAP that Nick started using again. Sure, sure it's an addiction and isn't going to be cured in one day but c'mon Nick MAKE THE CHANGE. I wonder if he will have a guide of some kind or if he will just have to figure it out on his own.
