Finally they talked. And it was equal. Nick surprised me too.. I never expected him to take charge like this. But he made a lot of sense. So did she. It wasn't one sided. I liked it when he said “Yes, you have a say. There are just some things I’m putting my foot down about. You may not like it, but there’s the door.” She thought he sounded bossy & controlling? Oh that is good coming from a control freak Richardson. Keep up the excellent work.

Author's Response: Well it surely wasn't a romantic dinner. LOL! I had fun writing this chapter, even though it took a life of it's own. My brain was supercharged as I wrote it. I love your commentary. That communication problem is always going to be their problem. They do well for a while and then they are back at square one. Gee, what was there problem in Life? Oh, yeah communication. DUH!!!!! LOL! I think Ashton only wants Nick to take charge in the bedroom.
Do you think Nick could last six months without having sex? (I don't think so.) Bargaining for sex time made me laugh. I so could see Nick doing that in real life, but he would be in Ashton's position. Who do you think is going to cave first?
Sorry I made you choke on your popcorn! I didn't want to kill anyone. I think this is my favorite chapter.

Good for Nick. He stood up for himself. Jerald & Kevin need to but out. Tim is more reasonable. And their relationship will never work if she thinks she has to be in control. It works both ways. She isn't his mother and she needs to realize that. I think it works both ways. Keep up the great work.

Author's Response: Nick is trying. Jerald and Kevin are too overprotective. I'd want Tim as my brother. He's calm and reasonable, though I bet he has a temper when he really needs it. Ashton is a control freak. She's the female version of Kevin. She wants things a certain way, but she has to learn to give and take.

Author's Response: I love the Richardson brothers, too. Tim is such a sweetheart. He's the calm one. I think they try to play the dad role to Ashton. Carter needs to be a man for a change. We will see him man up in the next chapter. Ashton is going to be surprised. Brian knows his best friend really well. I don't think I would want to be with all the Richardson boys when they are mad. LOL! Tim will keep Kevin and Jerald in line.
