I'm finally catching up - sorry for slacking on this story so bad, Steph! It has nothing to do with you or the story; I'm still loving it! I liked Nick's scene the best in this chapter. Chris seems like a total douche, letting the girls come back to Nick's place and promising the one she could sleep with Nick if she slept with him first LOL. Still wondering what kind of trouble Nick's going to get himself into, hanging out with that guy... Reading on!

As usual ver insightful and sadly, approrpriate. Did you ever think this would actually be happening again when you decided to write this Steph? Weird how history repeats itself. It's sad to see Nick going down that same road of destruction and Brian's somber thoughts about starting a family. Nicely done. Wondering what will happen when everyone finally does see AJ. Author's Response: It is for sure eerie timing that this is all happening again, I honestly had no clue. I mean I knew that AJ had been drinking but I didn't think he'd be going back into rehab. In fact weird as it is I didn't think about it much at all, I had a lot of tunnel vision back to 2001/2002 when I was researching for this. I'm glad you liked this chapter, Mare! I struggled a bit with Brian's part so I'm glad to know it came off how I wanted it too. Thanks for the review :)

Great chapter Steph. Nick was a complete arse towards that girl and Chris is an even bigger arsehole, but I imagine that's exactly how he treated the girls back then!

Aw, I was just thinking about this story...and missing it. lol Glad to see an update on here, I love stories that talk about the side of a public event that we didn't see.

Loved Nick's part in this chap. Seems like he's finally realizing that he's doing some stupid stuff. I just wish he would turn to the guys with the way he's feeling. Loved the scene between him and that girl...especially when she mentions him being the nicest one and he thought that would be Brian. LOL. That was funny! Can't wait to see how the visit will go and also see if they'll get in touch with Nick.
