I am slowly catching up on this one and absolutely adored this chapter. YOu had me LOLing during Nick's part. Going to the 7-11 that sells cherry slurpies lmao. Oh poor extremely blonde Nick. Also loved Kevin's perspective when it came to worrying about Nick and his behavior. You do a great job of writing those two and their complex relationship. Glad tpo see you have bene updating this one. I had no idea I was so far behind. lol
Author's Response: Thanks Mare! I really enjoyed writing the Nick and Kevin scenes in this one, as you can probably tell because they were the longest! I really do enjoy their relationship so it makes me happy to know that you think I'm doing a good job at portraying it!

Lol, I had to laugh at Nick telling her he'd missed her and having to spend another night there just to get his phone back. Chris is a little shit though, leaving him there like that. I can understand Kevin's frustration with it all, especially when Nick appears to not give a damn about the group.

Author's Response: LOL yeah, Nick would do anything to avoid the lecture from Kevin, too bad it didn't really work this time! I think Kevin is in the right though, Nick really needed to hear that stuff, even if he's acting like a brat and not listening to it. Hopefully it will sink in for him soon. Thanks Steph!!

Loved this chapter!! Nick is such a moron LOL. I'm glad Kevin laid into him like that; he needs to hear it. Hopefully he'll still show up for the meeting. Can't wait to see how that and the visit with AJ goes!
Author's Response: Thanks, Julie! Nick is acting completely ridiculous, and he needed a good lecture from Kevin. I don't think it seemed to help much, but we'll see what happens. Maybe he needs some time for it to sink in. I didn't really intend for it to go down like that to be honest, but Nick and Kevin sort of took over while I was writing that scene. It was difficult to do. Hopefully you won't have to wait long for updates because I think I'll have a lot of time to write this week. Thanks again :)

I absolutely love this story and I love when we get an update! Just thought I should let you know that :) I love how Nick didn't even think about that chick having the other guys' numbers. LOL. And I'm glad he finally picked up the phone but very sad that things are really starting to fall apart now. The conversation between Nick and Kevin made really made me sad. VERY interested to see whether he'll decide to show and to see what the visit with AJ will be like. Thanks for updating.

Nick is such an idiot LOL Yeah, the part between him and Kevin was kind of hard to write, I felt it was sort of a turning point where things really start to go downhill for the group. I really hope Nick shapes up and comes to the meeting too :( He is being such a wad. Thanks again for the review!!
