Aww how frustrating for them to have to further postpone the tour. I am glad they decided to keep it from Nick though. Should be interesting to see his reaction when he finds out about it. Okay, all caught up now do I expect some new updates soon!! :-)

I was glad to see an update on this yesterday! I was cracking up at the start of this chapter, when Nick was talking about how he never does laundry and the whole story about Kevin buying him a toothbrush and giving him a lecture on hygiene LMAO. If he wasn't so hot, I don't think we'd find the real life versions of these stories sort of endearing, rather than downright disgusting LOL. Well played on the other guys' part to not tell Nick the tour is postponed until they get him to LA... can't wait to read his reaction and the ramifications of that decision! Hope you can get back on an updating roll with this one!
Author's Response: Nick is so gross. It's so weird how I find him so hot and yet, I'm so disgusted by him at the same time hahaha. I was definitely cracking up at the mental image of Kevin watching Nick brush his teeth while I was writing this! It was definitely a good move on their part to not let Nick know what was going on until he got to LA, but he's obviously going to be pissed when he finds out. Thanks for the review, Julie! I'm glad you liked it and I'll try to update more often! I'm going to aim to have it finished for when we discuss it in September so we'll see how that goes lol

Yay! I'm glad that Nick decided to go to LA and to get away from slimey Chris. I wonder if real life Nick still associates with that loser? I was just thinking about that the other day. Now that the tour is getting closer, it'll be nice seeing them all together again. I'm one chapter away from being caught up but I'm taking my time because I don't want have to wait ten years for the next update! lol and yes, I read these two chapters at around 6 am. I am an early reader lol
Author's Response: I think he does, actually. He mentions him on twitter sometimes. But maybe he's gotten better, who knows. Yay for you getting caught up! It's always nice to have a backlog to sit and read :) I hope it won't be ten years until the next update lol! I'll try to keep them coming quicker - as I told Julie I want to have it completed by the time we discuss it :)

*sigh* this is why i'm not a big Brian fan. You captured his holier than thou attitude rather well in this chapter. I love Kevin and of course you know how I feel about Nick & Kevin's relationship. Tough love is a great description. Can't wait to see what happens next and the beauty of catching up is I don't have to lol
Author's Response: Thanks Mare! :) His holier than thou attitude is definitely one of the big reasons he's one of my least favourites in the group. I'm glad you thought I captured it well. Nick and Kevin have a really interesting dynamic and I definitely enjoy writing about them, especially at this point in BSB history.

Nice to read an update, please keep them coming! Yeah I don't think Nick is going to see it as omitting a fact but rather just them lying. Can't wait to read the blow up that is sure to happen between Kevin and Nick now!

Great chapter. I loved Brian's thoughts in this one. His hesitation and doubt and wanting to run away. Also enjoyed reading Kevin's guilt and finally getting to hear from AJ. Of course I loved the Howie & Nick bonding as well.

Whoa! Seems like I am further behind on this story than I thought I was. I'm going to try to play catch up the next few days. I love Howie so much in this chapter. I really think you captured him beautifully! I also lol'd at Nick and his whole awesome pizza scene. Most importantly, thanks for having Howie smoke weed lol I'm sure they have all done it & wouldn't be so quick to knock it out of Nicks hands.
Author's Response: Aw thanks Mare! I don't think Howie (or any of the guys really) are super clean cut, so I'm glad you appreciated that he ended up smoking weed with Nick. I agree with you, I'm sure they've all done it at some point! That whole pizza scene was really fun to write :)

Yay, I'm glad Howie convinced Nick to come back to LA with him. At least Nick can tell what a tool Chris is when he's sober. I hope they'll all patch things up before tour. You do such a great job capturing the ups and downs of their relationships with each other, Steph. Looking forward to the next update!

Ooh, I didn't realize I was two chapters behind on this - sorry about that! Catching up now. There's still so much tension between the boys, even after visiting AJ... seems like it's really Nick they're worried about now, and for good reason. I loved Nick eavesdropping on Howie's conversation with Kevin, and Howie being totally oblivious to his "stealth" hints LOL. Poor Brian - I would want a break from all that, too, but they need to get it together if they're going back on tour in a week! Great chapter!

Hmmm so just as Kevin is glad not to be seeing Nick till tour because he will take out his frustration with Brian on him, Nick iis going to LA with Howie. Do I see a lecture or blow up occuring in the future?
I really am enjoying this story and how u are portraying the wide range of emotions the guys probably went through during this period.

I'm glad Howie is starting to get Nick to cooperate and that his advice is sinking through a bit because Chris is really a toolbag. As for Kevin, seems like he is starting to think about how he feels about the group (maybe the beginnings of him quitting). I'm seeing so much right now.
